  I was looking to sell a car and the folks at Volkswagen of Salem County came through! The process from start to finish was fast efficient seamless! Lena, Kevin and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating in every aspect of the deal! If someone is looking for a car dealer who really cares about the customer, it is definitely worth your time to check out Volkswagen of Salem County Cohen, they really know how to take care of a customer!

  I I originally called about a different car but unfortunately the car was sold but I seen another car I would like to look at so I talked to Tara and told them I wanted the out the door price they gave me an out the door price so we came to a agreement and I went there and met Joe confirmed that he would give me the other door price that I was told on the phone so that was great news I looked the car over and unfortunately I was on a time limit so didn't have time to take the car for a drive a lot of times that's a big mistake but not at this dealership everybody seems honest and no high pressure sales I received the car a couple days later took the car for a ride and great news no surprises I met Lena and she did all the paperwork and handled everything after that she told me she's new to the dealership but I have a feeling she's going to be there number one salesperson before long any questions I had after that she would respond to any questions I had within a short period of time which is usually unheard of usually once the dealer has your money they don't want to hear from you anymore but I get the feeling this is a great dealership and I recommend anyone to buy a car there I had the car the for a month and no surprises car runs like new they will provide you with a Carfax and everything runs and drives exactly like it should

  Walked out of this dealer. Wanted to look at another vehicle besides the one we went there for. salesman had us sit in the service area, thought he was bringing the other vehicle out. After 25 minutes we walked out and he was actually sitting with 2 other customers, and the vehicle we wanted to look at hadn’t moved. Kept on going and not going back. Customer service isn’t very good…it’s a shame because we were cash buyers ready to deal. EDIT as a response to the dealer: The dealership did have customers in and out, but there were salespeople that were not with customers. No one was outside digging vehicles out. Our salesman Never mentioned he was with other customers, just told us to sit and wait. We originally weren’t going to leave, I was just going to grab my drink out of the car, but when we saw him sitting with 2 other customers, after us making an appointment with him, we decided this isn’t how we wanted to be treated. We expressed we were cash buyers ready to make a deal. If you don’t have time for us while I’m there, at my scheduled appointment time, with cash in hand, I don’t have time to come back. We went to a smaller dealership where our time was appreciated and purchased a vehicle from them instead. For future customers,know your worth, and if they can’t value your time, go somewhere that will.
