- MSMichael SDec 31, 20253.048 hours has passed and waiting to get the device removed. My 90 days was up a week ago. Everything I call the customer service I get a different story about what is going on and how long it will take. I have hold on hold to take to a supervisor for over an hour. If this was not mandated by the courts, this company would be out of business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are a nightmare. Update Jan 2. The people from intoxalock called me today and did their best to make the situation right... so that is something, as far as it goes. Moving from 1 star to 3. The people at Garden State Truck and Auto are, and have been, outstanding through the whole process. I would give them 5 stars. I will continue to be a customer of theirs for regular tire and auto maintenance.
