  Excellent experience at Route1 Hyundai Larry, the manager, was very helpful and understanding, and Troy, the salesman, was incredibly nice and professional. They both went above and beyond to provide excellent service and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate their honesty and dedication. I highly recommend Route 1 Hyundai to anyone looking for a great customer service and a positive car buying experience. The service was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  I wish I could get less than one star. I really don't know how this place makes money. I bought a car from them last year, and the Sales rep retired, which helped me. Ever since this gentleman left this place, it is horrible.Nobody gets back to you.Try to GET IN contact with the manager more than once.Nobody picks up the phone to have a conversation with you Sales reps are not knowledgeable enough to sell you a car and have no patience with their clients. BAD BUSINESS 👎 👃 👎

  My salesman, Will Vargas, didn’t show me anything about any of the features of my new truck. He didn’t have a Bluelink code to give me to activate my profile for the truck until 5 days after purchase. I had to call multiple times and email him to finally get him to respond. He was supposed to call me back to walk me through the process but he refused. I never heard back from him until I told him that I’ll be leaving negative feedback for his lack of services and communication. Then when I went back to the dealership to get my plates I was told someone from the service department would put the plates on for me. When I asked the guy, who was putting plates on another car, he said “no” to me and refused. So I left the dealership even angrier. Do not go to Route 1 Hyundai. If you’re in the market for a new Hyundai go to another dealership.
