    This was “THEEE Best” car buying experience I have ever had!!! After shopping several cars, through several apps, we visited several dealerships, with the strangest experiences rating 0 to 1. Our Salesperson Tarick at Route 1 Hyundai and Genesis gave us an awesome experience. He not only listened, he heard, then acted like a Tailor at work to pair us with the right deal at the right price. Our MINT CONDITIONED, used car purchase has low mileage, with every possible safety feature…..it looks like NEW! We are so happy that we will look forward to updating our second vehicle with Tarick at Route 1 Hyundai and Genesis.

    I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and paid for it with a cashier’s check. The salesperson I worked with was excellent and made the purchasing process smooth. Unfortunately, the follow-up experience after the sale was very disappointing. As my temporary tags were approaching expiration, I called the dealership ahead of time and was informed that my paperwork was still being processed and that someone would contact me before the tags expired. I appreciated the update and waited for the call. However, no one reached out. After hearing nothing, I had to call again to follow up. When I finally spoke with Michelle, she stated that I had missed a pickup on the 2nd, despite the fact that I never received a call or voicemail regarding this. I checked all of my call records and voicemails and can confirm that no communication was received. Additionally, when I did speak with Michelle, the interaction was unfortunately very rude. Prior to this, the same tone had been directed toward the person who called on my behalf to arrange picking up the tags for me, which was equally disappointing. While my experience with the salesperson was very positive, the lack of communication and the unprofessional customer service during the follow-up process made the overall experience frustrating.

    I had an amazing experience at Hyundai thanks to Kevin in the service department. From the moment I arrived, Kevin was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Kevin kept me updated throughout the service and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Kevin definitely does. If you’re visiting Hyundai for service, I highly recommend asking for Kevin. His outstanding customer service and expertise made this one of the best dealership service experiences I’ve ever had.

    I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Will Vargas while purchasing my Hyundai, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Will made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Car buying can sometimes feel overwhelming or high-pressure, but Will completely changed that experience for me. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, understand my needs, and walk me through all the options available without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge of the Hyundai lineup was incredibly impressive, he was able to answer every question I had about features, performance, safety technology, and financing with patience and clarity. What really stood out was Will’s professionalism and honesty. Instead of pushing me toward something that wasn’t right for me or a car I didn’t want, he focused on helping me find the vehicle that best fit my lifestyle and budget. He explained everything step by step, from test driving to paperwork, making sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision the entire time. Also, Isaiah was amazing and so patient! Will also went above and beyond with customer service. He made sure the vehicle was perfectly prepared for delivery, took the time to show me how to use all the features inside the car, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. That level of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated. If you’re considering buying a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Will Vargas. He’s professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. Thanks to him, what could have been a stressful experience turned into one of the easiest and most enjoyable car purchases I’ve ever had.     Horrible dealership… Only interested in sales and not willing to do anything afterwards. I decided to cancel the extended warranty and initially was met with resistance and hesitancy. They forced me to make an appointment to cancel my extended warranty which is ridiculous in the first place since you don’t need an appointment to purchase a car but regardless I did and then when I came back at my appointment time, they made me wait for 2 hours just to fill out a piece of paper that was then signed and I was given a copy. They told me to wait 4-5 months as it takes a long time to process. So first of all, I was furious I had to wait so long to just fill out a piece of paper and no one else at entire dealership could me with this request even though so many people were just standing around except for Scott who was actually busy but still, I had an appointment and he made me wait forever. Well fast forward 5 months and the warranty was never canceled and I’m trying to get a hold of the dealership and finally only get to speak to someone after complaining that I’m going to contact Hyundai corporate to complain about this lousy dealership. I was able to get the warranty company to contact the dealership to cancel the warranty but so far have not received the refund. I’m sure they will try to give some excuse as to why I haven’t received so will have to contact Hyundai corporate eventually. Apart from this issue, they couldn’t help me resolve my bluelink service not working after purchasing my car. Seems somehow in the system I was not put in as the original owner and bluelink had told me the dealership could correct this immediately but since they were no help…surprise I went through blue link and eventually got the issue resolve after a couple weeks. So long story short, this dealership is only concerned with getting your money and not willing to put in the work to make things right.
