Terrible experience with this dealership.. the dealership manager is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical.furthermore their staff are under trained. They low balled me on my trade in and then proceeded to advertise the vehicle i traded in 3 days later for $9000 more than what they offered me for the vehicle at trade in. I spoke to the dealership owner about my experience with his staff and he informed me he doesn’t care about my experience with his staff and that he’s only there to make money.i am a veteran of the United States marine corps. So I was originally offered a military discount for my military services.but then after the deal was finalized I was hassled for personal information that had nothing to do with purchasing the vehicle and when I refused to give my personal information the dealership owner informed me he has no care gratitude or respect for veterans. I made a claim with the better business bureau regarding this dealership business practices and the dealership failed to comply. This dealership is not accredited by the better business bureau please be careful. If you ever think about doing business with this dealership, I would personally recommend you not to do so.

If There Were 0 Stars, I’d Give Them That. I showed up after being given a clear out-the-door price on the phone, only to find out that the moment I asked for the 0% APR for 60 months, they magically added almost $5,000 back onto the price by stripping away every discount they originally promised. The catch? You only get the “discounts” if you agree to their outrageous 7% APR on a brand-new car. When negotiations started, the salesperson, Jared, didn’t bother reducing even a single dollar. The attitude was dismissive, and as a first-time buyer, it felt like they were counting on me not knowing better. The whole thing came off as manipulative and disrespectful. I won’t be returning, and I definitely won’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

I'm pleased with my new car. Josh Youngberg, the salesperson, was informed and focused. He responded to all of my inquiries. He shared the car report, cost quotation, and other information quickly and effectively. Overall, I did get a good car for that price, even though the financing experience was not entirely stress-free. I want to express my gratitude to Josh for his wonderful assistance, which included staying behind until we were done and got our keys. Anyone visiting this place can ask for Josh-quick and helpful.

I dont usually post reviews but they have sent me 3 separate text messages asking for one so here goes. Bought a 2023 certified pre owned Kona with 15000 miles on it seven days ago Monday November 10th. Salesman Will helped me, I told him my wife and I would be back the following day Tuesday to pick it up. He mentioned several times he would have it detailed and the gas tank filled up for us. It was detailed no full tank of gas. Just something to think about if the little things make for a better experience for you. Had the vehicle for a day all is good with the world. My wife left for work on Thursday came right back check engine light on car shaking. Had it towed to the service department and have been getting the run around for the past four days, "we will know more on Saturday then we will know more on Monday. Now supposedly someone will diagnose and let us know what's wrong with it tomorrow Tuesday. So far the new vehicle I purchased has spent more time at thier service department than it has being driven by my wife. Thus far a none too pleasant experience with Route 1 Hyundai. I will update with more information in the near future.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my car at Route 1 Hyundai. From the moment I walked in, the process was smooth, stress-free, and professional. My salesperson, Tykell, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure at all. Tykell answered all my questions honestly, helped me compare options, and made the entire experience enjoyable. The team worked efficiently, and I drove off feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Route 1 Hyundai, and if you’re planning to visit, definitely ask for Tykell—you’ll be in great hands!
