Had a bubble in my tire- was quoted 400 dollars at the dealership. Called Mavis and the technicians and guy who answered the phone offered me a great price and I was able to drive down the road and leave it overnight to get fixed. Great service.

Made a 10 AM appointment for a simple oil change. Showed up on time, only to sit around for over 1.5 hours without my car being touched. When I asked, no one could give me a clear answer on when they'd actually get to it. An appointment should mean something — I didn't walk in off the street. Wasted 2 hours of my day for absolutely nothing. Would not recommend if you value your time.

I had trouble on the expressway and was able to come into the local Mavis who was able to remedy the issue within an hour. Yey! Thank you

I had a computerized wheel alignment done here on 2/5/26 for my 2013 Lexus ES300h. After the service, my steering wheel was still noticeably off-center. When I asked for the alignment printout, I was told the printer was “broken,” so I was not provided any before-and-after measurements. Because the steering wheel still felt off, I brought the vehicle to a neighboring shop, American Tire, for a second opinion. They performed an alignment check and provided a full measurement report (attached in photos), which showed the alignment required correction. They also stated I should receive a refund based on their findings. Dustin initially assured me I would receive a refund, but I was repeatedly pushed off. I was eventually referred to Dave, the regional manager, who said the matter needed to be “investigated.” Additionally, each time I’ve visited this location, I’ve been offered discounts in exchange for leaving a good review. Incentivizing positive reviews instead of ensuring the work is done correctly raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices. I’ve attached receipts and alignment documentation from both shops. I should not have had to spend additional time and money correcting a service that was already paid for. Very disappointing experience.

On the way to a restaurant, we hit a pothole that blew out BOTH passenger-side tires on our Acura, the sidewalls were completely destroyed. We had our children in the car, including our 8-month-old baby, and were stranded about 30 minutes from home. We barely made it to Mavis about 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday. At first, we completely understood that they were closing. But when George saw that we had a car full of kids and realized how severely damaged both tires were, he chose compassion. George stayed behind after closing, long after the rest of the staff had left, and replaced both tires so we could get home safely. He didn’t rush us. He didn’t turn us away. He went above and beyond when he absolutely didn’t have to. In a time when many would have simply said, “Sorry, we’re closed,” George showed empathy, professionalism, and heart. Because of him, we didn’t have to wait hours for a tow truck with tired and hungry children in the car. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness. Thank you, George, for truly caring about people.
