    This store absolutely has the worst customer service! My wife ordered an ignition coil on Tuesday. The girl that she spoke to sounded as if she had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t put my wife’s name or phone number on the order and proceeded to give her a hard time when she went to pick it up. Once my wife opened the box she realized that she was given a 2.4L instead of a 2.0L sized coil. My wife called the store and asked to talk to the manager because she got that same incompetent girl on the phone. The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. She immediately started screaming at my wife and said that she got the right part for her car. She also told my wife that the 2.4L and 2.0L parts are the same thing even though they look completely different. My wife couldn’t even get a word in to explain the situation over the screaming from this woman. I honestly don’t understand why she decided to get so hostile and argumentative. We returned the part and will not ever go to this store again.

    I had to purchase a new battery and the only battery they stock for the vehicle I needed it for was the Diehard platinum which has a 4 year warranty. Now, I had purchased this exact same battery for the same vehicle on 12-19-22 so prior to this new purchase I asked about the remaining year left on the warranty and was informed that at the time of my purchase the battery was only warranted for 3 years and that the platinum series warranty had just increased the warranty from 3 to 4 years recently so my old battery was no longer under warranty. This came directly from the manager who was working. It seems to me that something could’ve been done such as a considerable discount on the new battery, if it wasn’t going to be warranted in this case but I was offered nothing. Well Advanced Auto, all I can say is you lost a customer today and I’ll do what I can to help you lose more

    The employees at this location seem to be running some type of scam. I went in at about 3:00PM to buy some brake lights, which I got an email receipt for. Then about 2 hours later I got another receipt for buying a 5qt jug of VAL EZ MAXLIFE 5W30 5 QT 11706057 engine oil. I was no where close to the store at that time.

    went into Advance Auto Parts to buy a car battery, and the customer service was excellent. The staff helped me choose the right one and installed it quickly and professionally. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great experience — I’ll definitely return for future auto needs.

    Staff could do better attending the customer’s. They had sales on certain products and they didn’t even mention them. Return product for the sale on the same product I purchased. Four staff members and one actually working. Had customers waiting to be attended.
