Now, I had purchased this exact same battery for the same vehicle on 12-19-22 so prior to this new purchase I asked about the remaining year left on the warranty and was informed that at the time of my purchase the battery was only warranted for 3 years and that the platinum series warranty had just increased the warranty from 3 to 4 years recently so my old battery was no longer under warranty. This came directly from the manager who was working. It seems to me that something could’ve been done such as a considerable discount on the new battery, if it wasn’t going to be warranted in this case but I was offered nothing. Well Advanced Auto, all I can say is you lost a customer today and I’ll do what I can to help you lose more

Then about 2 hours later I got another receipt for buying a 5qt jug of VAL EZ MAXLIFE 5W30 5 QT 11706057 engine oil. I was no where close to the store at that time.
