The three men I dealt with couldn't have been nicer, and even though I had purchased my bulb at a different Auto Zone they were still happy to help me. I received the type of fast and friendly service that you rarely see these days. I highly recommend this Auto Zone, and even though it isn’t the closest one to me, I may just start going to this one because of the way I was treated!

The customer store associate whom as tall and large not the store manger with a dark beard and blue eyes look at me a person of color and say will be with you in a moment or hang on. NOTHING WAS SAID. They stared at the screens and phones and were HIGHLY RUDE. I’d never suggest anyone of color to go there. Maybe if I was blonde and blue eyed, they would have rung up my oil. If you look closely in the picture, you will see my child and I, in the reflection of the door as proof that a woman and child were neglected at this store.

Was honest and in the end my battery was covered under warranty with my dealer. However, I will definitely be back!! I first stopped at another company that wouldn’t even check my battery for me. Wonderful customer service at this location!!
