Manager And the unexperienced cashier. Had no knowledge to offer the customer the sale price that comes with an oil filter. Since it was getting late in the day. I had no choice but to pay full price while there was a sale. and leave without an oil filter. Time was ticking. Black Friday. Ran right up to AutoZone. They had everything. They even looked up the parts on sale for me. I didn't have to do anything. And saved $12. Was even able to squeeze in fuel injection cleaner. Less than 50 bucks. Will never be stepping into advance Auto parts ever again. In Middletown New Jersey State highway 35 North. Go AutoZone drive up an extra mile they're willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
