Oh I can do this for, I'll give you my discount price, etc. Why can't you just get the best price when you call up instead of all the BS. Then after you get a price over the phone and wait an hour for your tires to arrive because they weren't in stock. Then when you're paying after being quoted a price they throw in some BS about NJ tire recycling tax. Why didn't you tell me that from the start. That place is a bunch of dishonest salesman. Make sure you know what your cost is going to be going out the door and get it on paper or you'll be laying out extra paper.

Two years ago, I got my car back after an oil change. A few miles down the road, I had plumes of white smoke coming from my exhaust. Brought it back to them, and they admitted to spilling oil on my engine. Luckily not much of an issue, and they issued me 3 free oil changes (only let me use 2). Then, over the summer, I immediately noticed a strong odor after getting my other car back from an oil change service. Upon review from two independent mechanics, I learned that they had punctured my fuel tank when lifting the car. I brought my car back to Mavis and ask them to take care of the issue, and they failed to take accountability and denied any wrongdoing.
