- AMAngel L. MatosOct 29, 20251.0Wish I could give no stars. Charged twice and both times were abysmal. Too many excuses in defense with no logical response. Avoid at all costs. BTW Charged the same vehicle at the Edison Shop Rite and the experience was totally the opposite. Electrify America.

- RARolando AlvaradoAug 1, 20251.0I've had an EV for a month now, and out of maybe 8-10 visits to this station, I have only had a successful charging session once. The fast chargers have not worked during the entirety of this past month and the remaining two are usually not both working at the same time, resulting in a cue of cars waiting to get a charge. For a station in such a busy, prominent location, you'd think that the company would work to remedy the situation with a sense of urgency.

If I’m paying high rates I would prefer faster charger 17/19kw is unacceptable for a fast charger. These charger are just good to hold a charge if your going shopping in the plaza.
