  I dropped my car off a 815 am, received call about 30 minutes later with what needed to be fixed. They called 3 hrs later to pick up car and the price and service was better then I expected. Everyone was professional and friendly !

  Came in Mar 2025 and bought 2 front tires. Then in May 2025 bought 2 rear tires. A couple of days ago we noticed my front tires were wore, so I took my car to them. They said they could not do anything for me to contact the manufacturer (Good year), which I did. They started a claim and had me take the car to a Good Year store which I did. When talking to Good Year they said the wheel alignment was not done (they showed me and explained what happens when an alignment is done) and they that is why the tires are wore. They suggested I take my car back to STS. I had to get new tires and a wheel alignment because I did not trust to take my car back to STS.

He took the time to clearly explain my options without any pressure, which I really appreciated. Eric runs the shop with honesty and efficiency—you can tell he cares about both his customers and his team. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but Eric makes that easy.
