After 24 hours, I paid, got my keys, and as I backed out of the lot, the brake pedal immediately went to the floor with almost no brake pressure. No one at Mavis mentioned any brake issues, and they denied anything being wrong while moving the car in and out of the garage. Because I didn’t feel safe, I had the car towed. Both the tow driver and another mechanics I spoke with said the situation seemed suspicious after seeing something sharp and pointed, has punctured braided line. This is really unfortunate, and malicious. specially if it’s deliberate.
