Being that I was still working and had jobs to do, I asked how long do you think it would be before I could be taken in? I was told 20 minutes and 10 minutes later somebody was taking my truck in for servicing. Unfortunately, the tire was too far gone to be repaired and needed a tire. I was able to get a new tire, balanced and installed in less than an hour with no scheduled appointment. The young fellow that took care of me and the rest were very accommodating.These guys are great! I highly recommend this business!!

I had scheduled a conventional oil change online with the $20 coupon off making it $43.99. One salesman said that it would come to around 70 something and I immediately said well I scheduled the conventional for that price. He said with the oil filter and labor it would be that price. Another gentleman came out who I've dealt with before and tried to assist me and said he would take $10 off making it around $60 something. I said thank you but no thank you. I'm still bothered by that other fella telling me the oil filter and labor seemed to be added on Anyway, I kindly declined and walked out.

Now I have to stop and get air. People in the service department were lovely and apologize for taking longer. But they should really know how long it takes to put on four tires,
