I didn't make an appointment but surprisingly, I was the first one there since they open at 7:30 AM. Todd had me in and out and he's the one that worked on my car. I didn't see any other workers in there at the time so he may've been the only one there. But he was friendly and easy to talk to and knows a lot about cars. I will be taking my car there from now on. Thanks Todd!
