  Came to get new wheels mounted. Unfortunately, whoever did the mounting damaged parts of the wheel where they must've tightened. And then didn't do the TPMS right even after I asked if all I have to do is keep driving (they had to do a process where they scan and relearn to the vehicle through the OBD2 port). Good people, but they didn't own up to this damage when they did it.

  Though they performed the service (oil change) that I purchased, I was still quite disappointed. When dropping off vehicle, I asked for an issue with a tire to also be inspected and taken care of since this was something I had previously had worked on at this location, and has never been corrected completely. Upon return to pick up my vehicle, the individuals who were working behind the counter were unaware, had no idea what I was talking about, and said there were no notes. The other person even opened her lunch and began eating while talking to me. Both were very immature and unprofessional. I asked to speak with the person who did the work on the car. Another person came to the counter, but never verified they had done the work. Again, no one could verify. I was also told my tires were rotated, but upon inspection, they were not. Just overall disappointing.

  Super happy with our experience in purchasing new tires at Medford Monroe. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Tires were ordered quickly and installed in less than an hour. Will go back again.

  Showed up on a cold weekday morning in need of a battery replacement. They took me right in. Fast friendly service. I was on the road in no time. The shop was busy but they gave this new customer the same courtesy and service as if I’d been with them for years. I’ll be back.

  Service was great, Todd was great! I got to the shop around 7:50 AM and was out by 8:05 AM. I didn't make an appointment but surprisingly, I was the first one there since they open at 7:30 AM. Todd had me in and out and he's the one that worked on my car. I didn't see any other workers in there at the time so he may've been the only one there. But he was friendly and easy to talk to and knows a lot about cars. I will be taking my car there from now on. Thanks Todd!
