- DKDarryl KozenskieOct 15, 20251.0No one knows what they're talking about when you walk in there you got like six people guys and women you asked questions they have computers right in front of them and I still can't tell you the right stuff and I still don't give you the right stuff and never used to be like that back in the day they really needed to a lot better training if they're going to hire people that don't know what they're doing I shouldn't have to waste my time to come back because they gave me the wrong stuff. Especially if you have someone that doesn't know what they need and is going off what the employers say that doesn't know either is an issue.If i could give it zero stars l would Because I've been to a couple of other AutoZones and never have that issue.
