Haley is an absolute legend! She stayed on the phone for a while helping us find a part we really struggled to find and without her help there was no way we’d be able to continue driving today so I truly wanna shout out her work and her drive to make sure I was a happy customer before the phone hung up.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. I came in for windshield wiper blades and they were very reasonable. Hailie who waited on me was very friendly. They put the blades on for me and I was in and out. Highly recommend!

Staff at this location were super friendly, I had a lot of questions, and they were happy to answer and help, as opposed to other places when they make you feel like you’re bothering them lol. Thanks for the amazing service.

It amazed me at how these employees remained calm the entire time they had a man screaming and cursing in a young lady’s face. I came into this location as a quick stop as I normally shop with advance but they were out of what I needed so I stopped here to test my luck. Instead, my patience was tested. I was shopping when all of a sudden a bunch of commotion arose and it was all from one guy. A guy came into this location and their alarms had not gone off as he was rushing out the door the alarm went off and one of the guys who work there rushed up to the door to ask the gentleman to return due to the alarm. The guy was screaming so loud I’m assuming the young lady who stepped in was a manager asked what was going on and what was all of the commotion for. For a moment we all thought the customer was going to hit this girl but she had seemed to get the customer to calm down and they all split ways. At this point myself and about 3 or 4 other customers are waiting in line. The young lady apologized to us all for the scene that was made and thanked us for our patience. Just as I was making my way up to next in line, this same customer swung open the door and started yelling at all of the employees about the alarm going off yet again. He was ignored for a brief moment but he continued to yell so the young lady finished with who she was with and made her way to the guy down the aisle who was still screaming ! She approached him and asked him why he was screaming and causing a scene after they came to an understanding outside and he continued to scream and curse at her. I grew up in a different time and have changed my ways but yesterday had me feeling like I needed to step in because there is no way a man is going to talk to a woman the way he was. But she had herself well composed and remained with a smile on her face. She let the customer know if he was going to continue to be irate she had the right to refuse his service- not sure why service wasn’t refused initially but hey who am I. I finish paying for my items and go to make my way out the door when I walk past the guy who is outside at this point screaming he is going to get her fired. If no one is going to defend these employees I will be the first to let you all know they didn’t deserve a single moment of what that man put them all through. That young lady remained calm and respectful and made sure to stay level headed. All the other employees were also very respectful. There was a young Latino guy with big hair and a tall lady with colored hair who kept the show together while the manager tried to control the situation. Ladies and gentleman remember these are humans at the end of the day. No matter what side of the counter you stand on we are all humans. I’ll tell you what, I shop at advance but I will definitely be coming to this store. I am personally going to bring that young lady a thank you gift and let her know she is appreciated. No one should ever go through that kind of disrespect but she took it like a grain a salt and smiled through it all. Thank you autozone for having a team like your team in mays landing. These 3 seem to know what they’re doing and keep it professional. To the guy who disrespected the young lady if you ever read this I pray you find God and self reflect through all your anger and find it in your heart to take accountability for your actions. No woman or man should ever be spoken to the way he was speaking to them. My patience was tested but God is good and made sure that ship sailed smoothly for us all. As for the company, have a chat with your team, as a customer I will be the first to admit we are not always right. Thank you again for the professional service and great prices. The store itself was very clean and organized, I was able to find what I needed right away. I will be back!
