We experienced a tire issue when we were traveling to our home in southern New Jersey for the weekend… We had the tire changed to a donut by roadside assistance and fortunately there was Mavis Tire 10 miles from that spot. I called the store and Matt answered the phone and told me he would be waiting for us and immediately welcomed us when we arrived! I watched as he worked with his team thru lunch (on a Saturday) and recommended some maintenance items that were past due by taking time to show us the importance of those items… He did not upsell us and proved this by giving us every possible discount he could getting these critical items done in less than 90 minutes. The service, price and immediate care was greatly appreciated but I most appreciated Matt’s commitment and professional comments regarding his company and their leadership! As a business owner I find this type of corporate loyalty hard to find and something that truly deserves 5 stars! ⭐️ Both me and my wife look forward to bringing our Southern NJ business to this store for years to come 💪😊🙏♥️
