From the start, Ryan greeted me warmly and asked detailed questions about the issues I was experiencing. He explained that they offer a free multi-point inspection and would let me know if anything needed attention. I really appreciated that extra step. Brian then walked me to my car and quickly diagnosed the source of the noise. A broken piece from one of the front tires was stuck against the shock absorber, causing the tapping sound. He took the time to show me exactly what was happening, which I really valued. After the inspection, they also informed me that all my tires had reached the end of their lifespan. I wanted to replace them with the original Pirelli tires that came with my car, and luckily, they had them in stock. They even matched a lower online price to make sure I got the best deal. Throughout the visit, Ryan and Brian kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and professional. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, with free WiFi, a waiting area with plenty of seating, a small kids play area, vending machines with snacks, and clean restrooms. I honestly will not be going back to the Audi dealership for service. Mavis has earned a new loyal customer! Thank you again to Ryan and Brian for the excellent service.
