John and Omar really helped me when I was traveling from Virginia to New Jersey and my truck got a flat tire. It was already close to their closing time, but even then, they took the time to help me without hesitation. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist during a stressful situation meant a lot to me. They treated me with respect and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I truly appreciate their excellent service and positive attitude. They are honest, hardworking, and very good people. I highly recommend John and Omar to anyone who needs help. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

DJ was incredibly helpful and was able to explain why I needed a tire replacement while giving me options for new ones at various price points along with his recommendation. I appreciate his honesty and the speed that he replaced the tire. Thanks!

We needed 4 trailer tires mounted and balanced and we had little time to make an appointment. They were extremely busy when we dropped the trailer tires off but gave us a just about spot on time frame they would be done. Not to mention, everyone was nice, helpful, smiling, and talkative despite how busy they had been.

So I was debating if I should go here or Firestone I gave this place a try. I called first because online they said you can schedule appointment but I ended up calling and they said I could come in and when I came in it was really quick I think it was about maybe an hour and it was done I needed the wheel alignment because I did suspension parts and new tires My car is a older car and I was worried about taking it to a place where they will try to upsell me on other parts this place didn't do that for me they didn't try to convince me to get other stuff done which was one of my main concerns a upsell. Which I was happy about so overall to recap I like this place because they didn't try to upsell me on other repairs they took quick about an hour I literally went to the store for a little bit got a ride home and it was ready within an hour which I liked and the final part was that they was running a promotion for $35 off which made it $94.25 which was cheap and the work was good My steering wheel was towards the left and crooked now it's straight so I'm pleased with the work. And the guy at the counter was nice as well and very calm and professional so overall I would recommend this place and anytime in general when I do reviews I keep it how it is and share the truth to help other people out so I wouldn't mind recommending this place to people I'm very happy with my experience

This has to be the poorest example of professional management and albeit keep in mind that when I’m dealing with a tire shop, I keep my expectations low already. I called late in the afternoon and asked if it would be possible to squeeze in a wheel balancing and tire alignment as I was on a road trip and I felt a slight wobble in the car. The answer was yes, and I arrived within 10 minutes. I stood in the lobby behind a person while the old man at the computer was just yammering on about nonsense, which had nothing to do with work whatsoever. Even after he recognized that I was standing there 10 minutes later, he still continued to have conversations about random things on his mind that had absolutely nothing to do with the work being done in this office. No joke it was getting close to 15 minutes before he asked me why I came in and when I told him that I called on the phone and it was confirmed an alignment he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and told me that the job would get done, but please have a seat. Here’s where it gets worse he put my key in a pouch on the back wall. They weren’t very busy at all so I thought if I just walk over to the auto parts store by the time I get back maybe they’re working on my car already. I walked back in the office 45 minutes later and my key is still sitting on the back wall. Hold on it gets better… I start watching the clock closely. It’s one hour and 20 minutes before somebody looks at my car and they bring it into the bay, somebody lifts it in the air and then it does not get touched again for another hour. After that, the guy starts doing the wheel balancing, but I specifically asked them to bring me out to look at the brakes on this car myself because I’ve just purchased this antique collectors vehicle a couple of hours ago and I was hoping they would be accommodating which they agreed to, but they did not follow through. And going back to the guy that would not stop talking. He suddenly clocked out of his shift and did not give anybody in the shop a heads up of what was going on so as soon as he left, the mechanics were coming into the office space and asking every single person which one is your car and what are you in here for and I am just blown away at this point going how is this business even still operating. Hold on it gets worse. They close at 8:30 and I was in the office until 920 with my car still in the building because for whatever reason they could not finish it and in nearly 3.5 hours, he only managed to balance the wheels. The alignment still needs to be done and they asked me to come back the next day. Hashtags would be huge waste of time, incompetent crew, job not getting done, etc.
