T then came out to greet me and confirmed if we had previously spoke on the phone. T was very helpful in assisting me with changing my appointment last week. Wait time was about 30 minutes for a new tire and mount. The waiting area had plenty of seats with water available and a TV with a remote available. Thank you again Julian and T for your help!
