Although the manager was courteous enough to push my appointment back after it was scheduled online earlier that day, the rest of the experience was extremely frustrating. When I booked my appointment, I carefully filtered the tire options online by my vehicle’s year, make, and model, as well as my desired price range. However, after my information was processed and the mechanics were preparing to take my car in for the tire change, I was informed that the manager refused to allow the tire to be installed, stating that it was not compatible with my vehicle. I was then told that the only tire available for my car would cost nearly double what I had planned to pay. Given the confusion and lack of consistency, I took my keys and went to another Mavis location. That location was able to provide me with a tire within my original price range and confirmed before I arrived that the tire was indeed compatible with my vehicle. Between the misinformation, wasted time, and this being my second negative experience at this location, I would highly not recommend the Maple Shade Mavis location. I will not be returning.
