I hit my side mirror on my garage and the cover came off. I went there to see if he could put it back on. He is always willing to do what he can and he did put it back on without hesitation. You can tell he really likes his job. I only wish more people were more like him.

My battery had died and I was extremely nervous having never experienced this before. Ed came out to my vehicle to assess what I needed. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was very thoughtful. My grandchildren were crying it was very stressful to say the least. Ed spoke to my grandchildren calming them down (along with me) telling them jokes and being very sweet. He had a new battery in my car so quickly I couldn’t believe it! The heat was going in no time. In this day and age when we only hear negative in our country I wanted to say thank you Ed for going above and beyond for this grandma…. Your one heck of a guy, God bless.
