Another customer and i walked out after waiting 15mins for one of these two employees to simply do there job and tend the counter. There rude and incompetent. Hope management takes a look at this stores quarterly earnings, im sure sales have dropped enough to notice a problem. I would strongly recommend employee restructuring. I would start with removing these two clowns from your payroll.

I told him I’m a vet. He asked me to prove it. I will not step foot that store. I’m gonna go to a local auto store like we used to go to where they’re friendly where they come out they look at your car they talk to you for some reason they changed personnel in the store and that one guy is a snotty person the rest of a bunch is fine and I’m sure you know who I’m talking about The guy with the gray hair who calls me, Connie is a gem his manager no good not to me not as a person and I doubt he’s a God-fearing person

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
