  Service was a little slow but otherwise very good. Associate picked out the windshield wipers for my car and installed them in just a few minutes.

  I stopped in last night at 837, prior to their closing at 9pm in hopes of having a battery put in my car. I realize it was close to closing time and an inconvenience for the store but the blonde female behind the counter was beyond miserable. I hope she is not management because she needs training on how to treat customers properly . She had an instant attitude and was unsympathetic to my concerns. I won’t be going back to that store because of her lack of customer service.

  I’m not someone who leaves a review but the lady behind the counter (not gonna drop any names) today had me so heated so here I am. All I needed was her to tell me what wiper I needed. You Would have thought I asked her to make it for me. She made it feel like I was inconveniencing her from all her standing around she was doing. Not a great start but I had a rough day at work so thought maybe it was just me. Didn’t say anything to her did talk ahit to my self about her but whatever lol I Get the wiper go home to change it. It Was wrong wiper whatever not a big deal. I go back to the store ask a different lady to help me because I didn’t wanna deal with the First Lady. The Second Lady jokingly said her name was “Wiper Queen” ! She was a rock star and super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We joked and talked as we tried to find the right wiper. The First Lady comes over and says “man you should atleast know how To change a wiper blade”. Me being me a smart remark came out saying if she knew how To do her job I would have gotten the right wiper. I Wasn’t trying to be rude but I don’t do disrespect so it came out. I Let it go went about my business. The second associate even spoke up and said you got him the wrong wiper and dont be rude to a customer. Listen I’m not someone who can’t take heat but something about this lady rubbed me wrong. She needs to take lesson from wiper queen not on even how to do her job correctly but how to just be a decent human! Idk what I did to the First Lady but from the moment I went into the store the first time she just kept throwing out smart ass remarks the whole time and it really just had me biting my tongue the entire time. First Lady gets 1 star! The Second Lady gets 5 stars and was an absolute pleasure! Thank you WIPER QUEEN LOL!
