I had an APPOINTMENT for 8am for an oil change and tire rotation . My car wasn’t done until almost 1pm in the afternoon . With an appointment ??? I get that these places get pretty busy . But maybe communicate that with the customer if it may take longer than usual due to staffing , I wouldn’t have been as upset. I get a phone call prior to me picking up my car about the “issues” I’m already irate at this point . Very unprofessional . I get told “ we re running crazy in here today “ meanwhile upon arrival this morning in the garage one worker is just standing there on his phone and another one puffing away on their vape pen. I will never be back here again . Same thing upon arrival for pickup . Maybe don’t have ability to make appointments if it doesn’t make a difference .
