  I recently bought an xc40 from Joe Roussell at Manasquan Volvo. I had a wonderful experience and Joe was more than willing to work with me to make the down payment and monthly payments work for my budget! He is very knowledgeable, easy going and very helpful. Whenever I called or reached out to him, he got back to me right away and answered all of my questions quickly! I highly recommend Manasquan Volvo and Joe Roussell! I will never go anywhere else! Also, kudos to Michael Smith for being able to help me with all the new technology in my car! Not being very tech savvy, he explained everything on the screen and how to use it, multiple times! The night I bought my car, they forgot to put the plates and he drove them to my house! He went above and beyond to make my life easy! I had nothing but a wonderful experience !

It’s rare to find a team that not only does excellent technical work but also treats customers with such respect and kindness. Michael was equally great, taking real care to walk me through the technology setup with patience and clarity (which I truly appreciated). They also have a strong selection of vehicles, making it easy to find the right fit without feeling pressured.
