  Jackie went above and beyond to provide excellence and quality care. She was so helpful, patient, and understanding of my situation. I am beyond happy to be in my new Volvo XC60. If I could give her ten stars, I would because she was great to work with, and the process was seamless from start to finish. The social distancing and Covid precautions taken by Jackie were very much appreciated, especially as an expectant mom. If you are looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable sales associate, ask for Jackie at Volvo of Manasquan.

  I purchased my very first Volvo (XC40) last week from Volvo Cars Manasquan. Every single person involved with the sale was first class. My salesman, Bill Massa, was a pleasure to work with. Bill was knowledgeable, professional, but also very personable. As a woman shopping by herself, I felt like I was getting the best deal for the car I wanted and never felt pressured. Their tech wizard, George, sat in the car with me and made sure I understood all the new gadgets. I am one happy customer!

  My experience with Volvo Manasquan was not about the Volvo product, this would be my 3rd Volvo in my life, one when I was 23 living in Massachusetts which was a 240 classic green sedan - it was a tank and went from me to another family member. Then after other cars, bought another 20 years ago from Red Bank Volvo another sedan and was happy with that also. Now after having gone through Lexus, Mercedes, and BMW's it was time to revisit Volvo, mainly because I was unhappy with dealership that I currently had. We visited Red Bank Volvo to see what options we had. Sorry to say but it has changed, perhaps because of the location or the knowledge they have a good product so customer service just lacked for me. I left a bit concerned knowing I found my next vehicle the CX90 Inscription. My husband did not give up and we travelled to the Manasquan Volvo dealership. From the moment we walked in the doors we felt entirely welcomed and valued. Mark Slattery is such a gentleman. Took his time, if he had to step away, made sure we knew why and when we tested the vehicle took the time to point out the details that mattered. Mark knows his product and is as excited as I was about certain features. When it came to deciding to purchase or lease (which I wanted to purchase) Mark accepted my decision. It was Mr. Bruno (the manager) who had stopped earlier and asked how we were doing. Mr. Bruno discussed the options and after a sincere conversation I decided to lease. The incentives that were available even made it more practical and reasonable. Every step of the way Volvo Manasquan were precise in what they stated, the vehicle was ready, the incentives were taken, Mark sat with me in the car to review and help set up the On-Call and my phone. Then when it came to signing the paper the staff there were even amazing, personable, explaining everything in terms that were clear and understandable. OH and now after my first week with my CX90 - I love it...cannot really understand my veering away from Volvo. The CX90 has clean lines, internal and external. The solidness of the vehicle, the technology that has me driving better, which makes my husband happy. My confidence has risen because of it really...that is what Volvo has done for me. Mark has called to see how I am doing, sent me a lovely thank you - handwritten mind you which was nice in this day of texting. I would recommend Mark Slattery to anyone looking for their next vehicle...you need to consider a Volvo and deserve a dealership that will respect and treat you as a valued customer. I look forward to my first service with Manasquan Volvo and visit with the nicest dealership I have found.
