I could have gone to two other dealerships within a 20 mile radius of my home but decided to go to this dealership (which is 1.5 hours away) because all of the online reviews were terrific. I began my search on their website, which is well maintained and updated daily, which makes searching easier. My sales advisor, Mark Slattery, was very easy to work with. He was attentive, quick to reply back to emails exchanged, pleasant and most importantly, I felt no pressure during the leasing process. I also met Chris Bruno, the Sales Manager and he too was very pleasant and welcoming. The financing process was very easy and Joanne Grimaldi was friendly, easy to talk to and the signing of the financial paperwork was painless. Matt went over the features of my car at pick-up. He was high energy, knowledgable and helpful. I love my new Volvo and proud to be part of the Volvo family. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. And even though I have 2 dealerships that are closer to me, I will most definitely travel the hour and a half to Manasquan for service, and to lease my next Volvo...in 2 years and 6 months. I couldn't be happier!
