    Said they completed service and was charged. Arrived home and realized they never did it. Refused to give refund and said they were sending a gift card for $25, 20% of the service. Never received it.

    Made an appointment and stated I need to wait for my car. Larry said no problem I will have my tech drive it and check it out when you get here. I showed up for my 8am appointment and was told I need to wait one and a half hours before they get to me. My initial call went to an outside source to someone who barely speaks english. He connected me to Larry at the shop who lied to me just to get me there. Very unprofessional shop.

    Larry was wonderful. Pleasant and has excellent customer service skills. It was a pleasure to meet him. Kept me updated on the progress of my service and explained everything that was being done on my car.
