I'm new to the area, and my brother recommended them -- I'm so glad he did. Bill and Fernando were extremely helpful from start to finish. They diagnosed the issue, took care of the repair, and never once tried to upsell me on unnecessary work. They did point out a few items that may need attention in the future, but we had an honest conversation about what truly needed to be handled now and what could reasonably wait. I really appreciated that transparency and professionalism. It's not always easy finding a trustworthy shop, especially when you're new to town, but this was a very good experience. Quality service, fair communication, and no pressure. Highly recommend!
