I explained that the day after we had gotten a couple inches of snow I started my SUV not realizing that the windshield wipers were on. I was going to warm up my vehicle before I started removing the snow and ice. The snow and ice was too heavy for the wipers and one cracked off. I happened to mention to the gentleman at the front desk that I had just come from the vet bc my dog wasn’t feeling well and I had her with me. Within 5 minutes he called a young man out of the garage and asked him to go to the parking lot to replace my windshield wipers. He was very empathic and compassionate towards my dog. He put the wipers on in about 2 minutes so I could take her home where he said she’d be much more comfortable. He then wished me a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I was extremely impressed with both of these gentlemen. They were both beyond helpful and accommodating. They both said for me to come back anytime my vehicle needs repair. I 100% recommend Mr. Tire for all of your vehicle needs and maintenance.
