Le caissier m'a interdit de l'apporter dans le magasin, alors je l'ai laissé près de la pompe. J'ai payé et je suis sorti pour le récupérer, et il avait disparu ! Deux minutes plus tard, j'ai demandé à voir les images de la caméra. Ils ont refusé et ont tout caché. Ils ont dit qu'ils n'avaient vu aucun bidon ! Ils ont forcément vu qui c'était et ils savent qui c'est. Et ils étouffent l'affaire ! C'est scandaleux !

Located off Exit 66 on I-287 in New Jersey, it has extremely limited parking — only about 8 spots — which is completely inadequate for truck drivers. Customer service was very poor. During an active blizzard, drivers were being told they had to leave in the middle of the storm. That’s not only frustrating, it’s unsafe. There are also no showers and no laundry facilities available. Fueling can take up to an hour and a half due to congestion and lack of organization. Overall, this stop feels unprepared to properly accommodate professional drivers. I strongly recommend planning ahead and not passing up the Love’s Travel Stop - Hamburg. Stopping here instead will likely be a waste of time. Management could definitely benefit from additional training and better operational planning.
