I was at the dealership a day prior and they wanted to charge me for a brand new tire and I’m sure had a I agreed they would have never told me that it didn’t actually penetrate and a new tire wasn’t needed. Thanks Mavis for the service and honesty.

They answered every question I had (a million of them) and their knowledge on tires and maintenance is unmatched. Can’t recommend or thank them enough. - NBNicholas BrustJan 31, 20261.0I wish I could leave 0 stars. I made an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday because people have other things to do on a weekend. They told me it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. From the coffee shop across the street (Longfellows, which I DO recommend), I could see they didn’t even pull my car into the shop until 840. 18 minutes later (we are at 8:58 now for my 8am appointment), they call to ask which tire they’re supposed to replace, which obviously I told them when I dropped it off. Finally, when I walked back over and asked about it (9:40 now), they said it would just be a few more minutes. When they pulled the car out and turned it back over to me, I checked to make sure they replaced the correct tire and they hadn’t put the valve stem cap back on, which meant going back inside and wasting more time. All in, it was 1 hour and 50 minutes to replace one tire. I’m glad it’s fixed but I will not return there again.
