The team at Enterprise went above and beyond. Kay picked me up from the dealership and was incredibly polite, driving us safely to the Enterprise location. There, I was helped by Alyssa who was professional, efficient and polite. The car I rented was beautiful, clean and in great condition. Due to delays in the service of my own car, I had to extend my rental multiple times. Each time, the team at Enterprise was great with follow up and with helping me extend the reservation. When it was time to finally return the car, I was helped by Katelyn, who was also very helpful, polite and kind. She answered all my questions, provided all the paperwork and kindly drove me to the dealership to pick up my own car. I have rented at other Enterprise locations and I have always been happy with the cars and customer service, but this is by far my favorite location. The team is top-notch and I will definitely come back if I ever need a car rental again.
