They were incredibly busy today but still made time to answer any/all of my questions. Devon and john at the front desk were very kind and helpful and worked extra hard to make sure I had a good experience. They were also great on the phone and helped me get the best deals for my tires and didn’t try to upcharge or oversell anything, which is an anxiety of mine when getting things on my car done. Highly recommend this place to everyone I know!!
- JSJustin SGFeb 4, 20261.0I took my car there in the beginning of January to get 2 of my valve stems looked at since I had them replace all 4 on my tires back in July and have noticed a slow leak on 2 of them. So I took it back to get looked/rectified which they initially made room and said they can do it. After sitting there for an hour and a half, I was told that they couldn't look into the issue because "They couldn't lift my car because the rear wheels won't come off the ground"??? HUH? That i had a drivetrain issue and have it looked at. I literally had all that changed in the last couple of years and even if i didnt what kind of issue wouldnt allow to jack the car? i literally went home and jacked all corners to make sure i wasn't crazy! Went up and lifted like it should! My rear end springs are a little longer and stiffer than the front but any real mechanic would be able yo see that. They obviously didn't wanna work my car but thats fine. Never going to them again.
