- RPRobert Potter6 days ago4.0I was there today for a mounting and balancing of 1 tire. I set my appointment the night before online for 8am when they opened. The advisor was there before 8 and opened the door about 5mins before 8 and started to write up myself and the other customers. That was great. Unfortunately there were no tire installers or mechanics going on 815. Then the positive was another front counter member brought my car in and started the tire replacement. I do appreciate that he was recognizing I’ve been there waiting 15 mins past my appt. May I suggest for customer satisfaction, the mechanics and tire installers arrive at 745 to be ready for the day. I understand there is a cost to the company for the 1/4 hr more, however from a CSI and efficiency that cost will be recovered very quickly. Thanks , I am available if you wish to further discuss.
