- SSSaroj SilwalJun 20, 20251.0I will not be renting from Enterprise going forward as I don't believe they act with integrity. I rented a one way from JFK to Madison via Cartrawler and prepaid there, in the contract it states clearly that the pre-pay included all the charges for the rental which was stated as one way, and when I picked up the car, even the Enterprise guy at the counter said it was pre-paid via a third party and so no further charges would be done. I did add collision during pickup for 12 dollars, so this was the only charge to be added afterwards, however when I dropped off the car at Madison, Enterprise billed me again and said that was for the one way drop off charge, which was not listed anywhere when I first made the reservation and pre-payment. I called Enterprise 3 times and they opened a case, but so far there has been no response and I am not expecting such companies to revert the charge as this is the modus operandi of standard businesses, to zap the consumer any which way they can.
