- PHP HJan 7, 20195.0I had to drop my car off at the body shop and need a rental for a few days. The level of service that Carrissa provided was impeccable. There was no hassle for pick up/drop off. I was told that I can even leave the car and key behind at the body shop on the day of dropping off and they will arrange someone to go there for picking up the car. Her attention to details was marvelous. She even offered me a snow brush. Who would have thought of taking the snow brush out of the car when they send the car to the shop? From small things like this, you know that Carrissa really want to deliver a wonderful experience for her customers. She is definitely an asset to keep.
