When I said customer service told me I can swap he, they said that customer service is not working on that store, they are at all different locations— as if he does not have to listen to them. My second car was messed up too with fraying tires. The cost was insane even when insurance was supposed to cover because there were no available cars for that price range. I don’t even think I got my full refund. I will never be choosing enterprise again.
