Great dealership! We got a used car from them and everyone was super nice and helpful! They got our tags for us and screwed them on as well.
One thing to note, you can’t put a down payment of more than 2k on a credit card.

I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent Touring from Miller. Eric Fralin was my salesperson.
The process was easy and wonderful from start to finish. I really loved the car the moment I saw the listing, and loved it even more after being able to test it. During what was a very stressful time due to outside factors, Eric went above and beyond to ease my mind, answer my questions, and facilitate everything that went into me purchasing this car.
I've named her Stella, and ordered a Badge of Ownership. After driving for a few days, I am even more convinced that this was the perfect car for my family. It had everything I needed, everything I wanted, and things I didn't know I wanted or needed. Stella has made me a Subaru customer for life and when it's time for my next Subaru, I'll be coming to Eric for it. I will also be coming to Miller for scheduled maintenance and other services my Subaru may need. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in this, it was a weight off my shoulders in a moment where there was already so much weighing on me.

In early January 2026, I purchased a 2025 Certified Preowned Subaru Outback from Miller Subaru. The car needed repairs that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. For example, the housing of the exterior mirror on the passenger side was broken which created a noisy whistling sound while the car was moving. Additionally, one of the interior vents was broken. I didn’t recognize these issues until I had the car for about a week. Upon noticing, I immediately reached out to the salesman that had sold me the car, and subsequently the Service Department.
Shortly thereafter, I brought the car in to Miller to have these issues remediated. I was unhappy with the outcome of this visit. Miller found the issues, and recommended that I pay for repairs.
Following this visit, I was invited by Miller to give feedback about my service experience, and made my concerns known to the dealership. I had also filed a complaint with Subaru of America.
Miller subsequently agreed to make the required repairs at no charge (note: I had purchased an extended warrantee and an extra warrantee for the car at Miller’s suggestion).
It is unfortunate that (a) the salesman failed to ensure that these repairs were made prior to sale, and (b) repairs were not completed immediately during the initial service visit. Though Miller’s commitment to customer service for this issue is appreciated, this issue has caused me to question the dealership’s motivations. Fixing the car at no cost to me is a start to re-earning my trust as a consumer.
I just bought a 25 Impreza RS and it was the smoothest, easiest car buying experience ever! I worked with DJ and he was phenomenal, even coming in on his day off, after I decided to pick up my car 3 days early! A+ service, zero b.s., no pressure, great service! EVERYONE there was top notch. Highly recommended......
