  Sadly they made a bad work with my Corolla 2020 and I had to take it to the Brand Dealership. I had to spend more money and they didn’t help me. Lamentablemente hicieron un mal trabajo en mi vehículo, pusieron en riesgo mi seguridad ya que el trabajo fue en los frenos y tuve que ir al dealer de la marca (Más económico) para solucionarlo ya que básicamente me estafaron y no se hicieron responsables de nada. Ellos solo cambian llantas, no se confíen. Y desde el principio te ruegan para que califiquen con 5 estrellas y después la gente desista de cambiar la calificación.

  I came here almost in tears because I had went to 3 other shops prior that were closed or too busy. Evan helped me right away with taking the nail out my tire and plugging it. He made sure I was out quickly because I had told him I was running late for work. He was kind and understanding! Thank you for helping me!

  Great and quick service, Evan and Jan are very straightforward and nice! They did not hassle me to purchase things but advised what’s needed and what wasn’t. They provided me with a list of parts to get my car. Definitely will recommend for any needs for your car.

  I went twice during the week and obviously they were busy which is understandable but I couldn't wait so I made an appointment. Appointment was even confirmed. 30 min before my appointment they called to cancel. Have a trip in the morning and now I can't get my car serviced. If they were THAT booked I would of made an appointment somewhere else earlier and never waited until my "confirmed appointment"

  Very bad. I went to replace the brakes and from that day I started to hear noises in the front side. I went to Mavis again the day after to check the sounds and they told me everything was perfect. After 2 weeks I had to go to the Toyota to replace everything they installed. All parts were loose and Obviously I spent more money. After Toyota Dealership fixed what Mavis did, I went to Mavis to see if at least they could find any solution about the payment I did and at least return part of the money and they told me that was not their fault. My recommendation to the people is not to go to there. It’s even more expensive than the brand dealership. Check the pictures.
