Brett answered and he was helpful and real with me about my situation. I was able to get my car towed to Mavis and they fixed it quick! Unfortunately, the system was down and I couldn’t get checked out right away so I had to stay a bit longer. However I wasn’t just waiting in the dark. Brett kept me informed about the situation and we even shared a friendly convo which made me feel welcomed. With how helpful they were, I decided to get an oil change while I was there (I was due for one) Most spots just treat you like a number and I did not feel like that at this location. I encourage you to go to this location if your car needs tires, an oil change, or any other auto service they provide. And please treat the workers here with kindness and respect ~
