- LWL Wright1 day ago1.0Went to this Mavis on route 46 in Lodi nj on Sunday to get 4 15inch tires mounted and balanced that I purchased online, the Jamaican lady at the register gave me a price of $88 dollars at 1st, I asked the lady is this the price, she then said oh no that’s not the price I made a mistake, she said the 88 dollars was just to balance the tires 😳, she was then came back with another price, $185 dollars , I didn’t think anything of it and handed her the keys as I walked out the door I say pepboys across the highway, something said to give them a call, I called them and asked them about 4 wheels mounted and balanced, pepboys told me $120 dollars, I quickly went and asked the lady for my keys and told her that pepboys is charging $120 for the same thing , everyone who was sitting waiting for their car to be serviced was looking stunned, that’s crazy how you go up a whole 100 dollars, I took me car across the highway and got it done for $128 total, that included the taxes and all, long story short I won’t be using Mavis ever again..

I tried two other tire places that were recommended. Both of them wasted my time for 3 to 5 days trying to get it done correctly. Just kept having to return and they never got it corrected so I took it over to this store. Mavis and less than an hour. I was out of there and it was fixed, right. Don’t waste your time go to this store and get it done right the first time. These people know what they are doing and they do have good prices. It’s done right the first time. This store is totally awesome.

When we arrived they went over all our options for our vehicle. When it comes to selling you tires there is absolutely no pressure which is really nice. We had 4 new tires installed, the work was done when promised and they make sure you are satisfied before leaving. You couldn't as for better service. Thank you to the staff and management for providing a truly great experience.
