Of course American Van didn’t offer to rectify or submit any discount. I have yet to receive a call to this day while I’m finding out the the shelving is starting to fall apart because it was improperly installed since day one! The truth is I would not recommend anyone have them install their shelving investment for their vehicles. It took all day for them to install the shelving. They didn’t even ask me how I would like to arrange certain components and the extra lighting I paid for they couldn’t even install it. At the end I witnessed one of their frustrated technicians walk off the job because he was “late” for an appointment and talk down to management. I suspect that because I operate my business so far away that they probably thought they wouldn’t here from me again. As usual. American Van hires inexperienced, unprofessional, untrustworthy young people who lack the skills, tenacity and professionalism to follow through and be honest with clients. You will find that there is no quality control at the Lodi NJ store but there is plenty of bad attitudes and no continuity.
