  Chargers are located in the front parking lot outside entrance to Macy’s, on the right of the main Mall building as you enter from the Eisenhower Parkway side. Note the smaller charger (skinny cable) at this location takes too long to charge. Use one of the chargers with the heavy cable. If you have trouble connecting via the EVgo App ( i.e. you get constant “trying to connect” message, or “timed out”), try removing and replacing charging connector. Connector does not connect well, need to make sure it is inserted as far as it will go in. It worked for me on second connection attempt. EVGo App is poor. No information on percentage charged. Unlike other EV charger, when done, you do not get a notification letting you know how much the session cost. You are supposed to be apple to see this on the App, but this information does not display.

  There are three charging stations here one is level 2 and the other two are supposedly DC high speed chargers. When I got my new electrical vehicle in October I signed up with Evgo. Of the two high speed stations one has been broken since I signed up in October and yesterday the other one failed and customer service said they have to send out repair crew as they were unable to get it to work remotely.. The Asian told me they have been able to anyone because they don't have any available electricians so quite honestly this is a company who's unable to maintain their own network. I would have given one star but the agent tried her best with the limited resources this company is providing..
