- SPSteven PolakoffDec 26, 20252.0There are three charging stations here one is level 2 and the other two are supposedly DC high speed chargers. When I got my new electrical vehicle in October I signed up with Evgo. Of the two high speed stations one has been broken since I signed up in October and yesterday the other one failed and customer service said they have to send out repair crew as they were unable to get it to work remotely.. The Asian told me they have been able to anyone because they don't have any available electricians so quite honestly this is a company who's unable to maintain their own network. I would have given one star but the agent tried her best with the limited resources this company is providing..
- MYMargaret YingSep 29, 20245.0There was only one other vehicle using one of the chargers when I got there. I just grabbed a plug and used it with no issues. It got me up to 85% in about half an hour, so I left because I had plenty of charge to get back home in upstate NY with that.
