I had previously visited another Mavis location for new tires, balancing, and a wheel alignment. Unfortunately, about a month later, my car started shaking and pulling heavily to the right. When I brought it to this location to have it checked, they discovered that the previous shop had only installed the tires—no balancing or alignment had actually been done even tho they charged me and confirmed everything was done. The old weights were still on the wheels, which confirmed it. The team here took the time to properly remove the tires and complete all the work that should have been done in the first place. They were transparent, thorough, and fixed the issue completely. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location if you want the job done right!
