Rodolfo was our sales person and he was Amazing!!! Very kind person and Mexicano!!, he showed us the 2026 Camry and even took us on a Test Drive, he was so patient while we were trying to make a decision with my family, he has a great sense of humor and did his Best to give us a deal without putting ANY MONEY DOWN!! We almost left without the car because we had no time left, but he managed to give us the keys and come back another day and finish everything up. He made this experience easy and comfortable. If you want a guy that gives you a deal with no money down, this is the guy you should go with!!!
I highly recommend asking for Rodolfo if you are interested in a having a brand New Toyota and a Great experience. Toyota Universe was so easy to deal with and very patient and accommodating. Love the Camry with Red interior!!!!

I do NOT recommend this Toyota dealership at all. The customer service is absolutely terrible.
I had to call multiple times just to get in touch with the so-called “out-of-state sales representative.” After several attempts, I finally received a callback from someone named Shawn. From the very beginning, his attitude felt like, “Why are you even bothering me?”
I told him I was seriously interested in purchasing a used Grand Highlander. Instead of helping, he put me on hold to supposedly “ask his boss.” After about 30 seconds, he came back and said, “We don’t sell out of state, it’s too far away.” It honestly felt like an excuse just to get rid of me. If you truly don’t sell out of state, why even have an out-of-state sales representative?
What makes it worse is that another salesperson at the same dealership told me they had sold a vehicle to someone in Seattle, WA just the day before. So which is it? The inconsistency makes this experience feel dishonest and unprofessional.
It’s disappointing to see potential buyers treated this way. I was a legitimate customer ready to purchase, and instead I was brushed off. I feel sorry for the business owners who may be losing real buyers because of salespeople with this kind of attitude.

Rarely leave reviews but here we go. 10/10
My husband and I were in the market for a new family friendly car. So we headed over to Toyota Universe with a vague idea of what I wanted and met Moussa. What a stand up guy! They didn’t have what I wanted on the lot due to high demand so he offered to bring his personal vehicle around to show me. Even offered to let me take it for a spin. We were in and out of the dealership with a great deal.
Once we signed, he told me he’d contact me when the vehicle came in. Mark the GM even offered to deliver it to my workplace if I was too busy to pick it up. Car took about 10 days but Moussa texted me every day with updates on the location, which I appreciated so much. The day of the arrival he drove in on his DAY OFF to ensure I didn’t have to wait an extra day. Car was detailed, all specific requests were met. I’ve never had such a smooth transaction while buying a car. Moussa even followed up with me to see if I needed any help with the vehicle and to make sure it was treating me well.
Honestly, head over to Toyota Universe and ask for Moussa. You won’t be disappointed. Amazing salesman and great human. Thank you so so much. We’re all so much more comfortable in our new Grand Highlander.

Acudí únicamente para realizar el cambio de aceite de mi vehículo; sin embargo, la experiencia fue totalmente insatisfactoria. Estuve aproximadamente dos horas esperando y, al finalizar, el personal no encontraba la llave de mi automóvil, lo cual me generó gran preocupación.
Después de retirar el vehículo, la llave comenzó a presentar fallas que anteriormente no tenía. Además, noté que la cámara de mi carro fue desconectada, algo que no tiene ninguna relación con un servicio de cambio de aceite. Esta situación me genera mucha desconfianza, ya que no encuentro una explicación razonable para que manipularan ese sistema.
Cabe mencionar que no es la primera vez que tengo inconvenientes en esta agencia. Al ver que incluso desconectan las cámaras, me queda la duda sobre si realmente realizan el servicio de cambio de aceite como corresponde.
Considero que este tipo de situaciones no reflejan el estándar de calidad y profesionalismo que caracteriza a Toyota. Solicito una revisión inmediata de mi caso, una explicación clara de lo ocurrido y la solución correspondiente a los inconvenientes ocasionados.

I found Toyota universe by googling reputable Toyota car dealers near me. Then I went to their website, I was looking for a used Toyota Camry for a reasonable price. Once I found a car, I was interested in on their website. I decided to call and make an appointment to see the car. I went to the dealership on February 14 in the afternoon, it was very busy and I was very skeptical. A salesman saw me waiting and told me he will be right with me and offered me a seat at a desk. I had some challenging experiences with used car dealerships before so I was very skeptical and was determined not to even crack a smile. The salesman, Amil, was very cordial and friendly and busy helping multiple customers. I asked him if the car was still available to see he said it was and that he would arrange a test drive for me. He was not pushy. He didn’t try to upsell me he listened to what I was saying. This was one of the best car shopping experience that I’ve had so far in my life. I hadn’t driven for over a year and I let Amil know because I didn’t want to scare him during the test drive if I slammed on the brakes. The car drove very smooth. It was very clean, it’s a 2015 Toyota Camry and I was really pleased but didn’t wanna let on at the time because I wanted my brother’s opinion on the car because I don’t know anything about cars. I asked to see the Carfax to check out the history of the car. He was very happy to get it for me. I even asked if I wanted to bring a mechanic to look at the car if it was OK he just smiled and said yes. Once I was satisfied with all his answers I told him that I would run everything by my brother and get back to him early this week. Well today is Wednesday, February 18 and I have the car in my driveway and I’m very happy. Amil took the time to speak with my brother over the phone. My brother knows a lot about cars he asked him a bunch of questions and he was satisfied that this dealership was legitimate and safe for me to purchase a car from. I highly recommend Amil. He even picked me up so I didn’t have to Uber back over to the car dealership this morning. If you’re looking for a car, I recommend contacting Amil from Toyota universe. The dealership is great. They have a lot of cars to choose from and everyone seems very friendly.
