    I had a terrible experience at Toyota Universe. They tried to rip me off from the moment I sat down. They refused to show me a full breakdown of the total amount financed, and only kept pushing monthly payments without even mentioning the APR. They clearly wanted me to accept the first offer without understanding the actual numbers. On top of that, they ran my credit THREE times without my consent, which is unacceptable and damaging. The whole process felt dishonest and manipulative. I left feeling completely disgusted by the way they tried to take advantage of me. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Be very careful if you go here ask for everything in writing and don’t let them pressure you into anything.

    I accompanied a family member who recently purchased a vehicle & every aspect of the customer experience was exemplary. I must divulge that I actually teach Customer Service (among a myriad of other courses). From the Sales Department (Mr. Sameer was OUTSTANDING) to the Repair / Maintenance / Mechanical division, to the Receptionist who greeted us on our arrival, to the people who reviewed our paperwork on our exit, every chain in the link was strong, every member represented themselves superbly and I have the strongest confidence that the reputation of your particular institution's location will grow exponentially if such commitment continues. You have earned my unconditional recommendation to all of my present & future students to become your customers. Well Done! (Especially Mr. Sameer!!!). P.S., prior to my post, I looked at other reviews & found it very impressive (and equally RARE) that the OWNER would take the time to personally respond to each review. This reflects the care and dedication at EVERY LEVEL of this institution (as well as the excellent judgement in hiring such a phenomenal group of employees). Kudos to you all once again.

    Stay away! I worked with Christine who was absolutely wonderful and none of this is her fault or a reflection on her. I wanted to see a 2016 Ford Expedition Platinum STOCK # GEF25502 VIN 1FMJU1MT1GEF25502. I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes only to find my time had been WASTED!!! The BAD - The mileage listed on the website listing (155K) was wrong. The Carfax report (that they freely provide) shows actual mileage is over 178K. That's a huuuuuuuge difference. The UGLY - But what's even worse is that the entire passenger side of the vehicle, from front to back, is damaged from a collision! Major damage! They have 17 pictures of the vehicle on the website but none of the right side! Ohhhhh, that's why! The SUPER UGLY - the vehicle has been in 4 different accidents! They don't mention in the listing. They just hope you won't bother to read the whole CarFax report! Oh, one more thing. The website listing says the vehicle has been put through their "award winning service department" but I highly doubt it since there's nothing reflecting that in the CarFax report!!! Full disclosure - No, that's not my real name on this review. That's to protect my privacy but they have my real info on record.

    Al dar una estrella la pierdo porque no se la merecen aviso a todas las personas que visitan ese establecimiento comercial, se le recomienda que tengan mucho cuidado con los procedimientos a realizar a su vehículo para que no le vendan gatos por liebre, si han dado situaciones en que usted va servicio, y luego cuando usted le reclama le dicen que no que fue otro que usted hizo cuando le hacen un diagnóstico, le recomiendo que vayan donde otro profesional que use la ética cuidado con Toyota Universo no sé cómo mantienen la concesión del fabricante. Usted va a cambiar el aceite le ponen de cualquier tipo y según ellos no hay problema. Ahora si usted lo hiciera. En otra parte eso es un error. Cuidado con Toyota Universo … la gente muchas veces se basa en el servicio de amabilidad que le ofrecen los representantes, pero se olvidan que ellos van en busca de un servicio bueno para su vehículo y ahí es donde el inconveniente cuando usted va por parte de ellos su deseo fuera que ustedes armar el vehículo completo son muy poco éticos.

    Made an appointment last week to investigate an issue with my vehicle. The issue was discovered, and a part ordered to fix the issue. Came in today to have the part installed, and after waiting 10+ minutes to be checked in, I was asked if the part was even ordered. Which is a ridiculous question to be asked - how can I know what the staff of Toyota Universe has done. I go into the waiting room and was informed an hour later that the wrong part was ordered. No apology was tendered over the time wasted or any sort of accountability taken over this issue. I was then hustled out without even making an appointment to fix the original issue. Because of this, I cannot recommend Toyota Universe for servicing your car.
