This is one of the worst dealership I have been here for my refund for the third time for the last 30 days Which the promised me with the refund when I purchase brand new Toyota Highlander Limited 2026 I traded my Mercedes GLE 350 which they purchased it for $16,000 I still owed money on a vehicle And they promise me they will pay it immediately, which they waited for over three weeks till I receive another bill from the finance department if I do not make another payment right away end up going on my report I did call the dealer and confirmed to make another payment is said go ahead. We’re gonna issue a check in 3 to 5 days. I have been Waiting for over 30 days nothing happened the finance department breaking so many promises, Mr. Hussein, which I had an agreement when I purchased a vehicle lease for 36 months if I layout $10,000 out of my pocket I did use my credit card and the second option. I guess to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. On beside that 36 month agreement and ended up with 39 Mo as a surprise after I looked at the bill are we clear which I trusted the company I did purchase Another vehicle Tacoma 2025 brand new the same month which I received the 36 month Finance Which I stated before purchasing my Highlander Limited 2026 I need a 36 month lease nothing less nothing more I guess when you walk into a short room, they confuse you and play all those games sign here signed there. Everything is so fast. They don’t want you to pay attention to anything. Be aware guys do not trust this dealership

I had an amazing experience working with Aranza, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better car saleswoman. From the very beginning, she was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, answered all of my questions clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Aranza went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car that fit my needs and budget. She explained everything step by step, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and was professional the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and loves what she does. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, helpful, and genuinely looking out for your best interest, I highly recommend asking for Aranza. She made the entire car-buying experience easy and enjoyable, and I would 100% work with her again!

Came in two days ago to buy a car and ended up finding an old but very well kept camry for cheap. Told dealer I was very interested but obviously needed to be sure as its a very old car. Got my mechanic to drive 30 mins to come check it out and informed dealer along the way what i was planning. Come to today everything's good i had withdrew the cash for the car and everything was set up and the dealer calls me THREE HOURS before im supposed to go buy it telling me the cars been sold. No call before hand no nothing just sold thats it. Like what??? Id understand if the auction who was already interested bought it but no they told me it was somebody “just like me”??? Huge waste of time in a time where i dont have a lot. Cant reccomend this place and they have kids walking around selling cars which im assuming is why this was allowed to happen. Like why wasnt the car put on hold when i told them i was coming to buy it? I get its a business but like cmon. Zero stars.

Very unprofessional and misleading experience I had a terrible experience with the finance manager at this dealership. From the start, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. At one point, he even used profanity toward me, which is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing role. What made things worse is that the online price advertised is not real. Once I arrived, I was told the price was inaccurate and kept changing depending on whether I wanted to pay cash or finance. I made it clear I was open to either financing or paying cash, yet I still felt like I was being misled and pressured. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch situation. The pricing online is deceptive, and the behavior of the finance manager made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honesty, transparency, or basic respect.

Updating review to give info to potential buyers. My documentation fee was $799. For context, NYS caps their documentation fee at $175. NJ doesnt have a cap so dealerships are able to charge what they want. This would allow them to for example, recoup the additional cost of a trade in offer they give you. Pay attention to this number. Also, since I am from NY and the dealership is in another state, I have to get my car inspection done myself so $799 doesnt cover that expense. It also appear to be overcharged for my DMV fees which is illegal. NYS allows you to estimate the fees on their website. It also wasnt explained to me if I would be getting a refund on the unused portion and I cant reach anyone in financing to clarify after calling and leaving messages and waiting on hold for over 40 mins. If you are financing your vehicle this would basically mean that you would be paying interest on the overcharged amount as well. I was not provided with a copy of my financial document when I left which is a violation of the actual information in the contract as it states that I am to given it when I leave. I was given it to review when I signed but there was a lot of information to take in at the time and I didnt know the information about things like the documentation or DMV fee. The documents do not state that they have to wait for my title in order for me to have a copy to take. I also re-listened to the message that the person left me when they arranged the appointment for me to come in. They said they had an offer for 0% interest and 0 down. This was not accurate. When I got there I was told that it is dealer subsidized 0% interest if you have an 840 credit score, put half of the cost of the vehicle down, and have a payoff term pf 36 months. Again, I want to ensure that potential buyers are aware of this as it was explained that there is basically no longer anyone offering just 0% financing for even well qualified buyers and the terms are heavily at the discretion of the dealership. Overall, it would have been better if I had been given all the information and NOT left with the vehicle that night as they were well aware that I was waiting for my title to arrive in the mail. Leaving with the vehicle means that you cant simply return if you have second thoughts. I also didnt anticipate that I would have such a tough time reaching someone in finance with my follow-up questions. With the holiday and the delay in the DMV sending me my title, I am unsure of what happens when my temp registration expires before I get my new plates. Again, not able to reach finance or accounting or whoever to get this answer. I use my car almost daily and it would severely impact me not to be able to drive it because I dont have active plates. I would be paying for a car I can not legally drive. My advice, try to buy in NY where the documentation fee is capped or negotiate this price. Go to local dealerships near you where it's easier for you to go back in person if you need to speak to someone. Negotiate everything. The warranties, while useful, are typically highly marked up; negotiate the prices of these. Go early in the day if you can so you have time to review everything in detail before they close. Google any terms or things you dont know. Take the info provided, go to multiple dealerships and compare. Try to get a loan or pre-qualified before going so you are at least aware of what your options are. When you apply through the dealership, ot is multiple hits on your credit report which may drop your score a bit initially. If you are unsure of ANYTHING, do not leave with the car; make an appt to come back. Leave a deposit if you can and want them to hold the vehicle. The regret of not getting the car you wanted is not as bad as the buyers remorse of rushing into one youre not sure about and this is too big of a decision to make.
