I would strongly advise avoiding this dealership at all costs. It’s the classic story: they’re all smiles when they want your money, but once you've made a purchase, they treat you like garbage.
After buying my GMC Acadia, I went in for my first oil change. When I got my car back, the check engine light was on, and I was dealing with Wi-Fi issues. I tried reaching out to Stephanie and Mary via phone and email, but they completely ignored me. Only after involving my sales guy, Nicco, did I finally get a response.
I told them I was going on vacation and would return in two weeks. They set up an appointment for the day I got back from Italy, at 4:30 PM. When I arrived, they told me they were closing and I’d have to leave my car overnight without offering me a loaner car or arranging an Uber. I was left to figure out how to get home on my own.
After a full day with no updates, I showed up the next day to pick up my car. Stephanie lied and claimed they’d been calling and texting me, but when I asked for proof, they quickly changed the subject. They did fix the check engine light, but completely ignored the Wi-Fi issue.
After weeks of being ignored, I scheduled another appointment and showed up the day after Thanksgiving. This time, Stephanie yelled at me, claiming they don’t honor online appointments, and that I should be grateful if they even look at the issue. I told them I would wait, and she immediately told me it would be "an all-day affair." Mind you, this was just for a diagnosis.
Once again, no accommodations were offered, and I had to pay for an Uber to get there. After waiting 5-7 hours, they told me they had to order a new part and I could pick up my car. No timeline was given, and I’m left with a car that has half of its features not working because they broke it.
Throughout all of this, the manager, Mary, has either ignored me or responded with lies. She gave me a fake email address, then tried to blame me for not replying. On top of that, she became emotional and combative in our text messages, likely because she has an inferiority complex.
I’m sharing all my communications to back this up, but I would highly recommend staying far away from this place. Stephanie and Mary are clearly running it into the ground.
I asked to speak to who they report to but my Sales guy said and I quote "Mary is the end all be all on this" which translates to Mcguire doesnt give a damn about this.
