    I had such a great experience at this GMC service center today. The entire team was incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for me, and I really felt supported throughout the process. A special thank you to Supervisor Mary Hernandez, who was wonderful to work with — professional, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to helping customers. They completed my vehicle service the very same day I brought it in, which I greatly appreciated. Efficient, honest, and genuinely caring service like this is hard to find. 5 stars all the way — highly recommend!

    If I could rate this place zero stars; I would. In October 2025 I purchased a new 2026 GMC 2500 HD Denali Ultimate. On January 24 2026 around 5pm the truck did not start. It cranked but would not start. This was the day before the snowstorm and bitter cold. I got the truck towed to McGuire GMC via roadside assistance. It snowed January 25. January 26 first thing in the morning I went to McGuire GMC to check in the vehicle and explain to the service advisor what was going on. I was “greeted” by Stephanie who was visibly agitated. I explained to her what was going on and she told me she wasn’t working Saturday and the other advisor who I dealt with will call me. There was no other advisor. I told her I didn’t speak with anyone and her response was confused. I asked if the truck would get looked at today and her response was “probably not maybe tomorrow I can’t even believe we’re open today.” Ok; whatever understandable due to the 2 feet of snow. I asked for a loaner and she said No we don’t have loaners. She told me if I called gmc they would reimburse up to $44/day. I explained to her I think the fuel is gelled and needs to be put inside to thaw if that is the problem and it could possibly be a quick fix. I even went to the truck with a snow broom and cleaned off the truck to hopefully speed up the process. Monday afternoon asked for update and said they didn’t look at it. Tuesday asked for an update and she said the trucks batteries were dead and it “killed 3 of our jump packs” and needs to be pushed into the shop. She said due to the work load it they “might be able to get to it by the end of the week” I asked if the truck could be pushed inside and put on a battery charger. She said I’ll ask and get back to you. Never got back to me. Wednesday no call no text. Thursday no call. Friday morning I called and asked if there was an update. She said no update maybe by next week. Went on to explain to me that she was out due to a procedure or personal reason. So since she was out due to something as the advisor the shop couldn’t look at the truck. At this point I am fed up. It is utter neglect. No updates; no loaner; no response; no urgency for a brand new $100k truck. Nothing. No remorse, no sympathy just short answers and being rude with bullshit excuses the entire WEEK of the truck sitting in the same spot. Monday I called and asked for an update and she said “there is no update maybe by the end of the week we’ll look at it” unacceptable. I told her to transfer me to the manager where she said she’s on the phone I will refer the message and have her call you. Manager never called. I got the truck towed out of there Monday afternoon and to quality gmc where they got me my truck back in 4 hours. Fuel gelled batteries dead. Needed to be thawed and charged. 4 hour fix. They told me they put a small jump pack on the truck and it fired right up. They said there was “no possible way it killed 3 jump packs and there was very little possibility they even tried to jump it due to the state of the batteries. Blatant and utter LIE from Stephanie. This was extreme Neglect from McGuire. Neglect from Stephanie. She was beyond No help. First time customer who will never go back. Not even for a tire valve stem cap. USELESS service advisor. What is the point of the title of service ADVISOR if you don’t ADVISE? Avoid this place at ALL costs. Not worth your time or money.

    I had such a great experience with Sarah Baker in sales at GMC Buick in Little Falls. She spent over an hour answering all my questions, even knowing my budget is lower, and never once made me feel rushed or unimportant. She truly saw my vision and treated me like a serious future buyer. Sarah walked me through multiple vehicles so I could understand the differences between models and trims, and clearly explained concept like what a “wash” is and how positive equity works. I left feeling confident, informed, and excited for my GMC journey. Highly recommend asking for Sarah. We love seeing women thriving in the car industry!

    I dont know how the service dept is still in business...the 1st time I brought my gmc to get fixed there what a headache...gave them rhe benefit of the doubt took it recently for a 2nd time to get fixed cause car was smelling like gas when I turned it on...left it for diagnostic which cost $250 which they only said need to pay $250 so they cab find the problem (didnt mention anything else)...went back they told me the mechanic has no clue were the problem was..that he needs to do a tune up 1st ($4300 for tune up)then after the tune up the mechanic will then have to check it again (might charge another diagnostic fee) to see were the problem is ....when you pay for a diagnostic is so they find the problem a real mechanic doesn't need to do work to find out whats wrong with rhe cars...from experience the mechanics at that location arw either fresh out of technical school or these mechanics really have no clue what they are doing...and im sorry to say the people at the front service also needs training...for they say something at the beginning so you leave your car there and once they kidnap your car they come back with bull crap....I went to another gmc and they laughed when I told them what the mechanic said....from experience im not the only one I seen people argue with them etc...they are horrible have no clue what they are doing.....you can buy car there but do not bring it to get service there....down the line you would end up spending thousands for no reason...they lie just to get you in there....next im going to better business bureau ..

    DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my car in on December 15, 2025 because it kept shutting off. I paid $1,400 for a new alternator and battery, and they kept my car for three days. On January 12, the car shut off again—and this time wouldn’t start at all. I called to make an appointment and was told Wednesday worked better for them, so I took an 8:00 AM Wednesday appointment and took yet another full day off work. Before dropping it off, I texted, emailed, and called to confirm that my car would actually be looked at first thing, or that I’d be provided a loaner. I didn’t hear back until 6:00 PM the night before. I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM and was told it would be looked at first thing. No loaner cars were available, but I was told I’d be called if one opened up. That never happened. At 6:45 PM, I received a text saying the battery was the issue and the alternator was “in good standing” despite the battery having supposedly been replaced a month earlier. Thursday came and went with zero updates. Friday afternoon at 3:37 PM, I had to reach out myself asking for a status, only to be told, “I sent out a message vehicle is ready for pickup.” No apology. No explanation. I called, furious, and got absolutely nowhere. Because I was leaving town for the long weekend, I couldn’t pick it up until Monday, January 19. When I finally picked up the car, it started, I wasn’t charged, and I was assured the problem was fixed. It wasn’t. On January 20, 2026, while driving on the highway to work, my car shut off again. This is not just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. I am also 7 months pregnant… After $1,400, multiple days without my car, repeated time off work, poor communication, broken promises, and now a car that still shuts off while driving, it is clear the problem was never properly diagnosed or fixed. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. Go somewhere else.
