- SSski4 days ago2.0Just picked up my 2019 Buick. Was there for repairs. Had to wait 30 minutes to find my paper work. Another 10 minutes to get the car. When I got home I discovered they never put the glove box back. It was laying on the floor with a filter. Called them immediately. Could not reach service. Left a message. It’s been 30 minutes I still have not heard from them.

Every visit takes weeks just to get simple things done, and they never provide a loaner vehicle, no matter how long the work takes. There’s zero communication — no updates, no heads-up calls, nothing. I constantly feel ignored and undervalued as a customer. I’ve owned and serviced vehicles at other dealerships before, and I’ve never experienced service this careless and unprofessional. GMC should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I will never recommend their service department to anyone.

I called their parts department and asked for the part number and Mike in parts refused to give it to me . I explained how I bought my car from them and he still said no it’s company policy not to give me part numbers. Talk about terrible customer service after the sale …smh

The service was great, Sarah showed me all the bells and whistles of the truck and I was off. I absulutley love my Sierra and Sarah made the experience quick and easy. I never had a car deal go so smoothly. A++
