Told them to also check my tire that was low and change the oil. 5 hours later, they called and said they changed the oil and I need 2 new tires. I asked about the brakes, and they said "your brakes are fine, are you having trouble with the front or back brakes?" I said they were squeaky and shaky, so they told me to hold on. They came back and said I need front and rear pads and rotors. We discussed the price a bit, because no one wants to be told they need a $2000+ service, and I told them to complete the service. They said it was too late in the day and they couldn't do it until the next day. 5 hours after my car was dropped off. So $800 later, I got my car back without having the service I brought it in for. They were nice.
