They did not have the car that I had reserved so I had to pick up a mid-size SUV from Enterprise Clifton; I have NOTHING good to say about the actual car I received from Enterprise Clifton. After I left the lot and was driving back to work I realized that the car had not been cleaned from the previous rental. There were stains on the carpet (one of which most certainly was vomit), dust and crumbs everywhere in addition to actual garbage in the backseat. The front passenger seatbelt did not work which was extremely problematic considering I had to drive my children around. And, in addition, the back right tire pressure was off and the tire ended up popping leaving me stranded with children in the car. Enterprise Totowa was AMAZING with their customer service and offered many solutions to resolve these issues that were not even their fault. I will NEVER recommend Enterprise Clifton however I will certainly be back to enterprise Totowa for my next rental.
