  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sahar is the absolute worst manager I have ever dealt with in my life. Not solution oriented at all. Absolutely no customer service and a condescending tone every time you speak to her. I came in here 6 MONTHS ago to REPLACE TWO RUN FLAT TIRES and NATE put REGULAR TIRES on my car. Fast forward 6 months later, I get a flat and come back just for them to tell me all of this. Meaning I have 2 regular tires and 2 run flats on my car for 6 months without knowing. They offer me no solution for 3 days and when I finally escalate this to another manager crystal, she offers some sort of solution. The only person here that ever provided any kind of empathy or understanding for the situation was Crystal and Jaiden. I remember leaving a 5 star review here in 2024, this place was ran into the ground after that. I have tried to contact corporate and will be escalating this. Sahar and Nate could care less about the damage this could have caused my car. I don’t understand how they have people this disgustingly rude working here.

  I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I was working under a very tight deadline and needed everything handled quickly without sacrificing quality. From the moment I reached out, the response time was fast, professional, and reassuring. They clearly understood the urgency of my situation and made it a priority to get everything done on time. The communication throughout the process was excellent , I was kept informed every step of the way, I felt like Sahar and I were family, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Not only was the service completed promptly, but the quality exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a business that delivers speed, accuracy, and professionalism all at once. If you’re someone who values efficiency, reliability, and great customer service , especially when time is critical , I highly recommend Sahar and her team. I will absolutely be returning and referring others.

  DO NOT COME HERE If I could give 0 stars I would as I had the worst experience here. I brought in my car for a wheel alignment and 1 tire replacement only and I was left with no wheel alignment and my car stalling that I couldn’t even take it out of the parking spot. After I had paid for the tire only, I was told the catalytic converter needed to be replaced, that the exhaust was only shooting smoke out of one not both, and it was choking itself along with the muffler being cold in the back so that too needed to be checked. I was freaking out trying to figure out what I’m supposed to do now because I have to go to work and my car isn’t drivable thinking I had to leave it there, money to fix something that was fine prior, and possibly having to tow it somewhere else. Turns out, even though I had not asked for it to be replaced or looked at, they had opened the engine filter and left it disassembled. Therefore, it was completely open and disconnected from the car which was causing the car to stall. After I had seen them looking at the engine telling me the car kept stalling on them even though I had driven it just fine to them and they drove it over to the mechanic area themselves initially. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong and took a while after only having replaced the tire. I couldn’t understand how they drove it just fine over to the other side and now you’re telling me it’s stalling. No one there could figure it out until the 1 older Hispanic mechanic opened the hood with me and we saw the engine filter open and disconnected letting all the air out from the pipe. How is it that no one there noticed that in all that time? Why was that touched in the first place when I didn’t request for it to be looked at? And if it’s routine to check it then how can it have been left that way completely open when it’s something that should be habitual to quickly close back up in the checking process. Also, they had me give a 5 star review when the services I needed were discussed to get a discount. I had been going to that location for years and trusted them. Unfortunately, they have lost all trust from me and everyone except the one Hispanic mechanic knows what they’re doing there.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire and wanted to take a moment to recognize their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. Sahar took the time to explain what my car needed without making me feel pressured, and I really appreciated how honest and transparent she were about pricing and service options. The team worked efficiently and kept me updated throughout the process, which made me feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. The waiting area was clean, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and respectful. It’s not always easy finding a tire shop you can trust, but this location truly made me feel valued as a customer. My car was finished sooner than expected, and everything was done with care and professionalism. I left feeling safe, satisfied, and happy with the service I received. I highly recommend Mavis Tire to anyone looking for reliable work, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you again Sahar for the great service!

  I visited this location on 01/29 with a tire that had a nail in it. I’ve been to this Mavis before without issues, but this last visit was on a completely different level. A woman who appeared to be the manager took one quick look at the tire and immediately said the nail was “angled” and that they wouldn’t be responsible if it leaked after plugging. After I explained that I had driven two blocks on it, she suddenly “recommended replacing the tire.” I asked her to remove the tire from the rim so we could check the inside and confirm whether it actually needed replacement. She refused and said they cannot remove the tire unless I am replacing it. Then she pointed to a white line on the outer sidewall and claimed it was “damage from driving flat.” It had snowed heavily the night before — that mark was clearly from driving on snowy roads. When I explained that, she became irritated, refused to repair the tire, and told me to take it and leave. She pushed hard for a replacement without performing even the most basic inspection. That’s not safety, that’s upselling. I took the same tire to two other shops, and both said it was perfectly fine. One of them was actually another Mavis location (Roselle), where they repaired it without any issue. Based on how aggressively she pushed a replacement without checking the inside of the tire, especially when two other shops confirmed it was fine, it felt like either a lack of basic tire knowledge or a deliberate attempt to upsell. Either way, I won’t be returning.
