    I purchased a tire from this location about a month ago, and it already has a bubble in the sidewall, which is a known safety defect. I brought it back expecting it to be replaced, but I was told they would not replace it for free because I did not purchase an additional warranty. This is extremely disappointing. A bubble forming after only a month is not normal wear and tear it’s a defect that makes the tire unsafe to drive on. I was not properly informed that I would need to purchase a separate warranty to be protected against this type of issue, nor was it explained that a tire could fail this quickly without any coverage. I expected better customer service and accountability for a tire that is barely a month old. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and forced to either pay again or drive on an unsafe tire. I will not be returning and would caution others to ask very detailed questions before purchasing tires here.

    First mistake was going back to this location after the wrote on the front of my tires sidewall when indicating the location nstead of the inside sidewall...who does that? Next mistake was them stripping my lugnut so tight that the pin needed to be replaced. They accused me of doing it somewhere else when this was the only location that touched the tires since the prior rotation, then had the nerve to charge me for the replacement. I was willing to let this all slide, but upon changing my tires on my own this season, I got annoyed seeing the marker on outside of my tires which is extremely difficult to clean off and did not want others to go through this experience again. I will not be making mistake of taking my car back to this location again.

    I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited there for 70 mins only for them to give me my keys back and tell me they don't have time to work on my car because they were closing. They then proceeded to take another lady's car into the back who got there 30 minutes AFTER me. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the ongoing issues and poor service I have received regarding a set of tires I purchased for my Tesla approximately one year ago. Shortly after installation, one tire began losing approximately 3 lbs. of air per day due to what appeared to be a valve issue. I have returned to your location three separate times for the same problem. I paid for the first repair without dispute, yet the issue returned almost immediately. The tire was then repaired two additional times, but the problem persists. During my most recent visit on 12.7.2025 at 3:00 PM, for which I had a scheduled appointment: My vehicle was not taken in for inspection for over an hour after my appointment time. The technician spent roughly 10 minutes inspecting the issue before stating the air loss was due to temperature changes. This explanation makes no sense, considering this tire loses significant pressure daily while the other three tires remain perfectly stable. When I asked about warranty coverage for what is clearly a defective tire or valve, I was told there were no warranty options. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed there was no manager on site. I was assured a manager would contact me the following morning, but no one followed up. Additionally, the tire was inflated to 46 PSI, well above the manufacturer’s recommended 42 PSI. This is unsafe and appears to have been done simply to delay the low-pressure warning from reappearing—an unacceptable and negligent practice. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in your store’s ability or willingness to resolve the issue. I will not be returning and will be filing a formal complaint with both the BBB and your corporate office.
