Even when it was near closing time, he helped my son and I and was extremely polite and friendly and also very fast, efficient and professional. He had multiple phone lines ringing, needed to move cars around the parking lot, had customers returning vehicles and picking up vehicles all at one time, and he Single-handedly did a flawless and amazing job to meet the needs of all customers and did so in a warm and welcoming manner. He should be promoted and/or compensated for his high level of professionalism, knowledge, and interpersonal skills. Thank you for the wonderful experience Keiran!!!

The rental car they gave us had a hole in the center console, which we didn’t notice until our keys slipped inside the opening and became completely stuck. Because of this defect, we ended up locked out of our apartment late at night and had to pay for maintenance to come and unlock the door. When we explained the situation to Enterprise, they refused to reimburse us for the cost we incurred, even though the issue was caused by a flaw in their vehicle. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and showed zero accountability for the condition of the cars they rent out. I expected better from a company like Enterprise. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location based on our experience.
