  Amazingly smooth car buying process from start to finish. Duane Washington was my sales person and he is the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. With multiple Volvo leases under my belt, this was my first time at Princeton Volvo, but 100% will not be the last, even with an hour travel time to get here, passing at least three other Volvo dealerships. Yosef, the sales manager is also due a positive mention. A+

  Our experience at Princeton Volvo was outstanding. This was our second purchase working with Stacey Insel, and once again, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly focused on making sure we were happy with our purchase. The entire team was professional and easy to work with, which made the process smooth from start to finish.   My family and I had a great experience buying a Volvo at Volvo Cars at Princeton. We were very lucky to have Mariah there. She was very helpful, answering our questions and helping us make a better decision. Her support was very important, and she did everything she could to make our family's experience good. I definitely recommend Volvo Cars at Princeton and Mariah. The service and support are amazing.

  In this day and age it’s easy to think of car buying as mundane and impersonal, but when you are a parent about to put your children behind the wheel of their first vehicle, you quickly realize the significance of the entire process. We have been a Princeton Volvo family for a long time, and can say without question that the staff really goes out of their way to value their relationship with their customers. Our most recent purchase certainly put the sales team to the test because we were looking for some very specific things, but the entire staff at the dealership moved mountains to ensure that we were able to leave with a beautiful new car that worked for our family. I think the true measure of a business is not what they do when things are easy, but rather when they are challenging, and Sean, Mariah, Yosef, Kathy and Chris are wonderful ambassadors for a brand and a dealership that values quality, professionalism and personal relationships. I can’t thank the staff enough for all that they did to get us into a car that meets our needs, and for continuing to remind us why we have been so loyal to the brand and the dealership for all these years.
