  This is the worst enterprise!!! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR HERE!!!! They gave me a dirty car with a traction light and tires so bald the car slide on turn. When I tried to exchange it the manger there Mohammad Zaman was extremely rude and hung up when I ask to please stay respectful. Long story short don’t come here if you’re looking for a safe reliable car.

  Had a truck break down driving back from NY to VA. Called and told them the details. Told them eveything and what I had. Got the reservation all set. Got there and was told can't rent a card because I had a debit card with an out of state license... which I told them I did over the phone but it wasn't an issue until I spent $45 on Uber from the tow yard to get there. Asked if I could call and get a credit card from home but because it wasn't on me I couldn't... needless to say I got stuck in Jersey at 6pm. 5 hours from home. So when I get home I definitely will be filing a corporate complaint.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This Enterprise location is bad news. The vehicle I rented last month from January 15th through 16th had latent/hidden damage. Specifically, the vehicle had a chip in the windshield unnoticeable to the naked eye, which presumably grew into large crack from the frgid temperatures and the vibration of the vehicle driving on the road. Conveniently enough for Enterprise, the young male employee who rented me the vehicle didn't notice any damage to the windshield and Enterprise is now trying to make me pay for the damage. I had the vehicle for 1 day and showed my family the damage once I noticed it the day I returned the vehicle, but that employee claims it wasn't there when he gave me the vehicle. I now have to go through my auto insurance to file a claim, which may personally cost me up to $500 (my deductible) .... SMH. So, a few words to the wise - those of you who patronize this business, take your cameras out to photograph and video tape every inch of the vehicle you rent from this Enterprise. Don't depend on the employees to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. If you don't, you may end up paying for damage you didn't cause to the vehicle you rented.

  I can’t express how wonderful renting from this Enterprise was. My brand new car broke down and I stopped by without a reservation. I had a car that same day and they were flexible with how long or little I needed it for. I was working with the dealership across the street and they told me they would deliver the car back to enterprise. I wish I called enterprise sooner to make sure they received the car. The dealership lost the keys to the car. And Mohammed had to wait for 45 min to get the car back. I had to wait and hour before I got the loaner car. I feel terrible for Mohammed waiting that long. This is the best Enterprise I’ve ever been to across the country. I’d recommend them highly. Emily and Mohammad are wonderful to work with. The best rental experience I’ve ever had. Truly wonderful people.

  Nothing was damaged, and the car was in good condition when I returned it. However, while I was dropping off the car, the front desk staff member came out, inspected the vehicle, and told me that he would file a claim with my insurance. I explained to him that the car was returned in the same condition as when it was picked up, but he continued to argue and insisted that a claim would be filed. After some time, he came back and said that everything was fine and that I was good to go. This is not an appropriate way to communicate with customers. The vehicle should be properly checked before informing a customer about filing an insurance claim, as such statements can cause unnecessary stress and confusion.
