This weekend I did. On Sunday, Emily DeJesus a management trainee handled my rental pickup with the utmost professionalism, kindness and efficiency…. AND she smiled throughout the check-in…. Which made me smile inside and out… because think about it who smiles anymore?? AND…. Emily was able to upgrade me to a vehicle that was new, handled great and was fantastic on gas too (all a TOTAL surprise to me). AND…. she made sure the item I accidentally left in the rental was clearly labeled and stored in a safe place for me to pickup the following morning. AND…. She made a point to say hello to me when I came to pickup my item, even though she was taking care of another customer. AND… Ofcourse she did that with a smile as well!! I am NOT one to post reviews often at all, but Emily really made my day. ( and trust me, the rest of my day paled in comparison ) Great people provide great service. U can’t teach that. Emily is a GEM. Enterprise… you better appreciate and compensate people like her because if you don’t, someone else will scoop her up and do it!! Thanks again for your service Emily!

A big shout out to Rory at this location who showed up for my pick up right on time and had me checked into my rental car in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I knew how everything worked in the car. Had the same experience with drop off and quick checkout with Rory again, and a courtesy ride back to my next nearby location. I have not had this level of courteous experience at other rental car agencies. Was unexpected and appreciated!
