I had a fantastic experience at Porsche Princeton. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Cameron. He was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the entire process enjoyable without ever being pushy. The overall atmosphere at the dealership is very inviting and friendly. I also worked with Tim regarding financing and warranty options; he was very informative and laid out all my choices clearly without a hard sell. I definitely recommend this dealership and Cameron in particular.

Porsche of Princeton was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. It’s hands down one of the best places to buy a new or pre-owned Porsche. I’m not a wealthy person, so I worked hard over the years and saved up to buy my dream car. Ever since I was a kid, with a poster of a 911 hanging on my wall, I knew that someday I would make this dream a reality. I noticed some cars on non-Porsche dealer lots that seemed like good deals. By chance, I spotted a car at Porsche of Princeton that matched my criteria. I called Porsche of Princeton and spoke with Vince. I explained that I had a deal on another car and asked if Vince could match the deal I had made on the car he had on his lot. I provided him with the VIN of the car I was interested in, and he promised to investigate and call me back. Shortly after, Vince called me and informed me that the car I was looking at had issues that the dealer hadn’t disclosed. I conducted some further research after he mentioned this, and it turned out to be completely accurate. Vince saved me from making a significant mistake. I drove my truck down to see Vince to express my gratitude for his assistance. Upon arriving, I was immediately impressed by the car he had on display. Vince and Tim engaged in a detailed discussion about the car’s specifications and reached an agreement. I carefully selected my new Porsche and completed all the necessary paperwork with Tim. Before leaving the dealership, Vince thoroughly inspected the car, explaining the functions of every button and feature. Vince and Tim were truly exceptional in their service.

I brought my car into the dealership for its yearly maintenance. So far, have been pretty pleased with my relationship there and feel that it’s getting better.

I recently gave my Porsche Panamera for a front camera repair. The camera issue was addressed, but when I took delivery of the car, I noticed that the mirror inside the sun visor was broken — something that was not damaged before I handed over the vehicle. When I raised this concern, the service team refused to accept responsibility and instead asked me to pay $860 for replacement. This is completely unacceptable. The damage occurred while the car was in their custody, yet they are denying accountability. What is even more disappointing is that when I requested a reasonable resolution, they insisted on replacing the entire unit at a very high cost, claiming that parts need to be shipped from Germany and are not available locally. It feels like they are unnecessarily inflating the expense rather than resolving a mistake made during service. I expect better transparency, responsibility, and customer service — especially from a premium brand dealership. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I'm at the end of my lease and I want to buy out the car. It's unbelievable the number of calls I have made for this. Isn't there a standard process for this? Each person I speak to says they will get back and I don't hear from them. I finally was able to contact my advisor and long story short, I was told I need to contact Porsche Financial services directly, I decided I'll try online and guess what, when you go the the "lease end options" page there is a page not found 404 error.
