  If anyone go to Auto zone, please go to the Lawnside Auto zone store and ask for Brian Store manager. I went to the store on Saturday, December 13 and Brian helped me out. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had a very pleasant attitude. He was very helpful, considerate, and help me in many ways. I gave him a five stars but if it was 10 stars, I would’ve gave him 10. It’s good to go to a store and someone with a pleasant attitude and a wonderful smile is there to help you take care of your services..

  Hi I would like to take the time to let those that need to be aware at the corporate level that you have 2 outstanding employees who are about helping customers that weren’t born car mechanics. I have been having a battery issue with my not so old vehicle for 2 years. I decided to go in the Lawnside location after 2 roadside assistance calls in 1 day, and that’s when I found out that the local car dealership had given me an insufficient battery for my vehicle, Johnathan Johnson parts manager explained what was occurring and what needed to happen to resolve the issue. I appreciate his patience and knowledge for what makes a car run. I know my only concern is getting into the car and it starts then getting me from here to there! Brian Mosley the store manager, was knowledgeable as well and again helped me maneuver through the issues originated from the dealership in not doing what they were supposed to do in the first place! These gentlemen cared about my understanding of what was happening as a consumer and what they represent at Auto Zone. This is hard to find in the current climate in which we live presently. Thank you much, it is appreciated.

  Came in late one night and was given the wrong break pads for front and back. Didn’t realize until I had the wheel off.

  I needed driver/passenger rear axel and called 3 different Autozones all in which seemed frustrated to say the least in helping me search up the correct parts. If anyone knows about BMWs it is not easy finding correct parts. I began to give up on finding the correct parts. I decided to call 1 more Autozone which was 221 Whote Horse Pike, Lawnside NJ Whrn I called the first associate told me my VIN was incorrect and had too many numbers after I read it to him 3 times. He placed me on a breif hold, then another associate stepped in. He got on the phone, introduced himself as Brian and asked me my VIN and told me hes writing it down. Brian asked me how can he help and what I needed. He looked over the left side and right side which was not a simple task as there is nut socket, thread socket, compressed length, outboard spline ect. I orderd an axel already from another company and it was the wrong axel. Brian was extremely patient, polite, listened and last yet the least professional. He went over the part information with me to confirm the information was correct and asked if there was anything else I needed. Pleasant experience knowing there are still wonderful people in the world. Ohh might I add it was at 930pm. If you need parts and to be treated kindly go see Brian Brian was awesome! Thank you so very much Brian!!
