No hesitation since that location has been very reliable, reasonable and fair every time. I was quickly greeted by Angel and got my truck in the bay immediately. After running tests, gave a clear explaination and options to rectify. I was back on my way in 1 hour. Angel is very trustworthy and I'd recommend him and the crew at this particular Mavis highly. Start to finish, is the type of service and reliablity we need from our local tire/service/and in my case battery issue.

- JCjanice contiDec 16, 20251.0My 4 tires that I purchased along with the computerized wheel alignment and the computer package are showing metal cords on the outside, I purchased them in February’23 . I knew that there must be a mileage warranty to get a pro rated amount depending on the problem to apply to new tires. I look at the invoice and I see that the listed miles are actually double of the Current miles. I call mavis in Lacey nj and give my info and tell him about the miles and he said someone must have entered it wrong and they could give me an adjusted bill . I tell him the problem and he says I didn’t get the wheel alignment. Yes I did. Then he sees I did. I ask what is the warranty on the tires and in the conversation he tells me 2 times that there is no mileage warranty and there’s nothing they would be able to do about it. I thought what was I thinking buying 4 new tires with no manufacturer mileage warranty, I call Hankook tire company and explain the whole story about the tire problem and why is there no mileage warranty on their tires. Then they say I don’t know why they said that because there is a 70,000 mile warranty. Hankook gave me a reference number and said the mavis store could contact them but then I would have to go back to deal with the Lacey nj mavis and really what’s the point ! If this is the only tire place that is near you CHECK EVERYTHING! Definitely check the mileage they posted ! Ask if the stated tire mileage warranty will disappear after you leave with your car.
